My career began 1989 as a firefighter/paramedic and NCAA Division 1 sideline athletic trainer.
I use my extensive background in cardiology, clinical sports medicine and emergency medical services to create fitness programs that are fun, challenging, effective, and most importantly, safe!
My training style is educational and informative, with an emphasis on beginners and those returning to fitness. I’m comfortable and competent with higher risk populations, and love helping people get their fitness back.
