We had a great workshop with Joakim, he really gave us new insights into training in general and especially with kettlebells. He really took my swings and TGU to a new level. My sore hips and legs can testify to that :D

Joakim is very dedicated and took very good care of me when I should start with kettlebell. I have a back pain and he showed me how I could use the kettlebell to strengthen my core. He gave me all the time I needed (two and a half hour!!) and had a lot of patience with me. Thanks so much Jocke!
