Originally from Michigan (GO BLUE), I was active my whole life. Starting with dance and tennis, and later becoming an avid KB athlete and runner, fitness was always a huge part of my life. While attending the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, I found her passion for the human body and my desire to improve the lives of others.
With careful consideration, I found a career in health and wellness and graduated from a DPT program in 2019, in Miami, FL, which allows me to help others the way that I love to.
Now, with my passion for both fitness and science, and my knowledge of the human body, I am excited to work with people, athletes or not, in order to improve their lives and allow them to live a healthier and more rewarding life.
