Over the course of several months working with Rekha, I not only learned how to properly use a kettle bell I fell in love with them. Training with Rekha is not just a " workout". It's a coaching session where you're taught to think, move properly and develope a connection between your mind and body. All while getting stronger AND rehabbing injured areas.
To put everything in a nutshell, Rekha knows her stuff, train with her and find out for yourself.
