As a decent athlete, but inexperienced user of kettlebells, it all looked pretty easy to me. Boy was I mistaken! Proper kettlebell training requires precision, technique and a gradual build up in weight to safely perform the movements and to gain the most benefit from the exercises. I am incredibly thankful that I found Laura as an instructor. She is incredibly knowledgeable about human movement and functional anatomy in addition to being a highly trained and capable instructor.
Laura pays close attention to every single movement I make and has the ability to identify structural limitations in my form and fix them with corrective actions. As a lifelong athlete who has worked with many coaches, I am quite impressed with her kind, direct and practical approach to training. Laura has been able to teach me complex technical exercises in a safe and progressive manner that has made me stronger, but also more confident in my abilities. I strongly recommend Laura if you want to see improvements in your strength and performance.
