I’ve worked with many different teachers and coaches over the years in a variety of settings. Joe is among the best of the best. He has an innate sense of when to push and when to stand back. He is so tuned into the capabilities of each individual, their strengths and weaknesses. His programming is not just about building physical strength, but also mental toughness. Joe is a grounded, deep thinker who loves to add a philosophical perspective to the challenges inside and out of the gym. That being said, the class atmosphere is fun! We sweat, we struggle, but we laugh a lot!

The classes are small enough that Joe spends time during each class reviewing the techniques and proper form with each person. There are different skill levels in each class, but Joe caters the workout to each skill level. I had been doing kettlebells on my own for years, but I've learned a lot and improved my technique since I started training with Joe. The classes are very challenging and I would highly recommend that you try one of his classes.

Training with Joe has been an incredible expierence. The atmosphere at South East Kettle Bells is friendly and welcoming. Joe pushes you to better yourself and your training. The training I've received under Joe has improved my health and fitness ten fold. He's also always pushing himself as well, to be a better trainer. Top notch across the board.

Very happy with the coaching I've received at Southeast Kettlebell. Joe is professional and clearly loves what he does. He is very approachable and will tailor workouts as needed to make sure you get the most out of it without risking injury. Gym is probably the cleanest I've trained at also. Highly recommended.
