The world is a volatile place. In response, I've set out on a lifelong mission to make myself as impermeable to the chaos of living as possible. RKC has brought me further on my mission.
 
The kettlebell, best wielded through RKC instruction, is the optimal tool for dramatically improving strength, endurance, cardio, mobility, and balance. Behind every grappling competition, Amateur MMA fight, obstacle course race, and personal fitness challenge I face, there are countless hours spent with the cold steel of the bell in my palm, preparing me for my next adventure. 
 
Reaching well beyond improving physical strength, the RKC community propagates a strength of character through their instruction; a way of life that improves with each swing, each press, each squat.  After my RKC training I stood up straighter, walked with intention, and possessed a self confidence that propels me onwards, through the volatile world.
 
I am honored to be a part of this community of exceptional Athletes, Philosophers and Warriors, and I aspire to grow this community by teaching others what I've been taught by the best in the industry.

I’ve worked with many different teachers and coaches over the years in a variety of settings. Joe is among the best of the best. He has an innate sense of when to push and when to stand back. He is so tuned into the capabilities of each individual, their strengths and weaknesses. His programming is not just about building physical strength, but also mental toughness. Joe is a grounded, deep thinker who loves to add a philosophical perspective to the challenges inside and out of the gym. That being said, the class atmosphere is fun! We sweat, we struggle, but we laugh a lot!

The classes are small enough that Joe spends time during each class reviewing the techniques and proper form with each person. There are different skill levels in each class, but Joe caters the workout to each skill level. I had been doing kettlebells on my own for years, but I've learned a lot and improved my technique since I started training with Joe. The classes are very challenging and I would highly recommend that you try one of his classes.

Training with Joe has been an incredible expierence. The atmosphere at South East Kettle Bells is friendly and welcoming. Joe pushes you to better yourself and your training. The training I've received under Joe has improved my health and fitness ten fold. He's also always pushing himself as well, to be a better trainer. Top notch across the board.

Very happy with the coaching I've received at Southeast Kettlebell. Joe is professional and clearly loves what he does. He is very approachable and will tailor workouts as needed to make sure you get the most out of it without risking injury. Gym is probably the cleanest I've trained at also. Highly recommended.
