10/10 50 year old and a state champion football player

I started training with Bryan 2 months ago and although there have been a couple of breaks due to holidays and the flu, I can feel the benefits already. My legs are a lot stronger and taking steps 2 or 3 at a time is no problem. My cardio is greatly improved and my muscle tone is much firmer.

My son is a 17 year old defensive lineman for the Aledo Bearcats and is in excellent physical condition. He has been accompanying me the last couple of weeks and looks forward to the sessions. He really likes Bryan's style and finds the workouts challenging enough to keep him coming back, even if we are going at my pace. Now that he is graduating, he is looking for a workout that lends itself to lean muscle mass and believes kettle bells are the answer.

I've been working out with Bryan for about 4 years. I had a double rotator cuff surgery. I also have Lupus. Bryan has successfully used kettlebells in my physical therapy. I have excellent range of motion and since working with Bryan, my arthritis symptoms have not occurred since using kettlebells. Bryan is very patient, determined, knowledgeable and has a wonderfully positive attitude. He doesn't have a "meathead" mentality. If he thinks a kettlebell is to heavy or unsafe, he says so. If Bryan thinks you are ready to move up and you don't, Bryan will prove to you that you are ready ;) I can't say enough about Bryan. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, positive and determined trainer!

Bryan came to our Club to train our trainers so we could offer a kettlebell class to our members. He was so good. Organized, careful and informative. We all were sore after 4 solid hours of learning and executing the proper moves. With Bryan's outstanding teaching skills, we feel ready to conduct a proper, fat burning, strength and conditioning kettlebell class in a professional manner. It was great fun to learn from Bryan as he has so much knowledge. Can't to get our class started!

In December 2009 my family decided it was time for a change in lifestyle. I found Bryan's info here at dragondoor.com and decided to take a chance. My wife, my 13yr old boy, my 12yr old boy, and myself decided to try kettlebell. Wow!!! It has been life changing! Bryan is an excellent, patient instructor who motivates my entire family to give 110% each workout. Through his challenging workouts we have lost a family total of 95lbs in 3 months! His emphasis on proper technique makes sure that we don't injure ourselves. My whole family looks forward to our sessions with Bryan. I highly recommend Bryan as your personal trainer. It is very important that you receive proper training in kettlebell. Thank you Bryan!!

I have been a gym-rat for 30 years and having used different trainers, I thought I had just about been put through all types of training methods. Not until Bryan brought kettlebell training to my small gym in Fort Worth and challenged my daughter & I to try something new, did I ever think I would not need "gym equipment" again. Kettlebell training is different, challenging and has added fun back into my same/old same/old workouts. Wow! Thanks Bryan, kettlebell training for Stefanie and I will have us swinging our way to staying strong and toned in ways we never dreamed possible.

After having taken time off from the gym, I was ready to jump back in but wasn't quite sure where to start. Bryan helped me make my decision (which is now the best one that I could have made) so I began training in Kettlebells with him. He has made the transition from not working out hardly at all to training 3 days a week one of the easiest. Many thanks to Bryan Boyd and how he has turned a dreadful 6 am workout into something so rewarding and fun at the same time. He is encouraging and makes sure that you are doing everything propoerly not only so that we can utilize every muscle in our body but not hurt ourselves in the process. THANKS BOYD!!!!!

Bryan Boyd introduce Kettlebells to me a few years ago and ever since then my husband and I have been hooked, so much that we are going in September to become RKC certified. It has been a honor and pleasure to train with Bryan. He is very concerned with his clients health and safety and truly is a genuine guy. I have worked out my whole life from aerobics, yoga, running, and weight lifting. But no one has done a better job of getting me stronger and healthier than Bryan. No more baby fat for me, Bryan has helped me achieve my fitness goals and continues to push and encourage me to do my best.

I can't put into words what Brian has done for me, basically he has been my map through not only teaching me Kettelbells, but also helping me go through life. I didn't have a vast knowledge of training individuals, however some higher power(what ever you believe in) brought me to Brian and from there every thing took off. The first thing he mentioned was Kettlebells, he totally blew my mind when he demonstrated the quickness and power of the exercise. The way he breaks every movement down and simplifies the exercise is outstanding. As a personal trainer now I look to Brian for wisdom in all issues concerning training, he has helped build a good foundation for providing a good life for me and my fiance . As of now he is currently training me for the September RKC in 2010, and I have no doubt that I will succeed because of his training. He is truly dedicated to his work and worthy of being an RKC.

Bryan has shown me the way to explosive strength gains and more power than I ever had from standard weight training. KettleBells have brought a whole new element to fitness. My flexability has improved, my endurance has shot through the roof, my strength has gone up at least 30%, my core is stronger than it has ever been. Every morning I get up and know exactly what muscles we worked the day before. I believe in KettleBells so much that my wife and I are getting certified this September. Bryan has been a great motivator and coach while preparing us for Minneapolis.

I began training for competitive college cheerleading in May my work outs were extensive and daily using the treadmil and other various core and cardio methods; however, I saw little results. Bryan began to train me in June and I saw him every day for two weeks and I have already seen obvious, visible muscle definition. I also work as a lifeguard, while swimming a mandatory 500 meter, using my new arms I was more than capable of keeping up with fellow employees who have been on swimteam for years. I feel like my balance, coordination, and flexibility have all improved greatly. The kettlebell method really works and Bryan is amazing with his patience and his willingness to accommodate his clients needs, it is a pleasure to work out with him even at six in the morning! Thank you so much Bryan!

after a total knee replacement my days of pounding pavement were definately over....even the twisting and lateral movement of the tennis court was threatening. But through my trainer I have not only been able to take my total knee replacement rehab to a new level but found a workout challange that engages not only my core but my entire body and mind. Kettlebells, when experienced under the watchful eye of an RKC like Bryan, has enabled me to combine cardio as well as strength training with balance, concentration, and sense of accomplishment . I actually cant wait for the six AM boot camp!! Thanks bryan
