I am a fulltime profesional trainer, and have been involved in sports - competing and coaching - since from the age of 16 - way back in the 1980s!

Drawing on competitive western boxing, kickboxing, and ultra distance running experience, along with coaching National and International level athletes, including a Hall Of Fame Martial Artist and celebrity bodyguard, I can dramatically improve your conditioning and performance.

For those of you who are disabled or convalescing after injury or illness, I can give you proven rehabilitation and regeneration programmes to increase the ease of daily activities, and bring about dramatic changes in your functional ability.

If you don't want to train alone why not get together with your friends or team-mates - I am happy to do group sessions as well as one to one training, and will soon be launching group classes in Coventry and in North Warwickshire.

Have been training with kettlebells for about 4 years and have known Craig for over 3 times that !! but only recently training KB's with him.
Craig is very good at bringing technique up to scratch and gently commenting on anything that needs improving - all with a smile and humour - (fortunatley none of this applies when we train as he lets rip !! - timekeeping - thanks mate !!)
Craigs knowledge is excellent and well earned - and is passed on with enthusiasm - its clear to see Craig has trained with Paval T.
What else can I say - inspiring, motivational, a great instructor and great friend.

Craig is a knowledgeable, experienced and motivating instructor who is highly respected in the fitness world. His working knowledge of human anatomy enables him to engineer and teach exceptionally effective workouts which are specific to your goals. He explains the theory behind each movement clearly and concisely so that you're more likely to remember the correct techniques for each exercise and adhere to your workout plan. His passion for Russian Kettlebells and fitness in general inspires and motivates. Craig has a friendly and cheerful manner which makes each training session great fun whilst being hard work. He knows when to push you to work harder and when to tell you to stop. This means that his training sessions are always safe but hugely effective, enabling you to achieve your goals free of injury.

I have been training for many years in a variety of different styles and techniques , but I had no knowlege of kettlebell training , it was only when my training partner recomended giving it a try that I contacted Craig.
Straight away Craigs enthusiasm and knowlege was evident he puts you at ease and takes the time to find out exactly what you wanted to gain from the kettleball sessions and tailors the session to meet your needs.
As well as pushing , encouraging and motivating you so you get the best results out of every session , Craig also takes the time to explain exactly how each routine works and how you benefit from each exercise , always with the emphasis on doing it right and not cutting corners makes for a safe , fun and very hard workout.
I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking to train with kettlebells.

A recent convert I have tried all forms of exercise in an effort to increase my fitness. Having completed the introductory course with Craig it was a foregone conclusion that I would continue. I've achieved more in 2 months kettlebells instruction with Craig than I did in 9 months at the local gym. Craig is an excellent instructor and continues to keep a watchful eye to make sure I get the best I can out of each workout. I feel I learn something new each week and the sessions are really exhilarating and motivating. I've seen my fitness and stamina improve enourmously with the added bonus that my shape is changing for the better, too! Kettlebell training is a great all-round work-out and Craig's enthusiasm is contagious.

I'm not a great fan of weight training, I do it because I know I should and usually hate every minute of it. So when Craig introduced me to kettlebells I thought it was worth a try. I've just completed his five week beginners course and I won't be touching a barbell or machine again!
At first I made the mistake of sneering at the 8kg bell knowing that I use heavier than that for warm ups. I changed my mind about five minutes later! The exercises are so different, you use muscles you never knew you had.
Initially the thought of literally throwing a lump of metal around can be a bit scary, but with Craig, his knowledge of kettlebells and ability to instruct in a very informative manner, makes you feel confident that what you are doing is safe and correct.
I'm now look forward to using my own kettlebell and can't wait to learn more.

I have been doing general personal training with Craig for several months and during that time we have done a number of kettlebell sessions, the latest at my request. Craig is extremely good at explaining very clearly how new exercises are supposed to work and he is always very careful to check that they are being performed correctly. Where necessary he will offer constructive corrective advice. This is obviosuly a key skill for any sort of personal training but proves invaluable in kettlebell sessions, where there is added risk of injury and where, for beginners, the movements may at first seem strange and unusual. Although I am no kettlebell expert, Craig seems extremely knowledgeable about kettlebells and manages effortlessly to put together a carefully tailored one-hour workout addressing all the major muscle-groups. I have particularly appreciated his attentiveness to the progress of the workout and his willingness to adapt it, on the spot, should he feel that one particular exercise is not suitable, or if the limit has been reached. This flexibility, carefully combined with a sense of when to push harder, means that I leave the sessions with a feeling of real achievement but without injury. I have found the kettlebell sessions particularly good for developing core strength and balance. Craig is an excellent personal trainer, enthusiastic and motivating, both for kettlebells and general training, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I signed up with Craig about nine months ago after finding my existing routine wasn't seeing results, probably because I was taking it too easy!

Craig switched me onto weights and kettlebells and really motivated me to work harder. As most of my training is done in the wee small hours on my own, my own motivation is critical, but knowing that I'll be seeing Craig regularly really encourages me to put more effort into it. The fact that I can fire off an email to Craig for advice and encouragement any time helps even further.

Working out with the kettlebells really gives an intense workout in a relatively small area, which is great for working out at home as I do. I know that I'm much stronger than I was last year and a lot happier with my overall fitness.

Craig's approach and enthusiasm has worked for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer.

As soon as i met Craig i could see he had complete enthusiasm what he does, and that enthusiasm is infectious! He is an instructor you can trust 100% because he puts his all into teaching everything correctly, yet his sessions are always fun. Most importantly, his sessions WORK!

I'd been going to the gym regularly but hadn't really been achieving much. I started having some weight training sessions with Craig, and was a bit wary at first, after always doing cardio work. Craig tailors everything perfectly to the individual though, so i felt i had a programme that was just right for what i needed to achieve.

With Craig's encouragement i moved on to training with kettlebells, which is definitely the hardest form of training i've done, but the most effective. I feel superstrong now!!! Craig also backs everything up with helping out on the nutritional front. He's fantastic and i couldn't recomment him more highly!

As a self taught KB user I longed to know if I was doing it correctly and what improvements could be made. After much searching I finally found a local KB instructor. I promptly booked an hour with Craig. What a great bloke. I stated what I was looking for from the session and Craig built the session around that. After the prelims etc we got down to work. I ran through a few sets of swings while he just observed. It was nice to be told I was doing things 90% correctly. But this is why you go to an RKC instructor. The last 10% makes all the difference. He suggested I use a more forceful hip snap, feet driving through the floor, power breathing and pulling the KB down incorporating the lats not just letting gravity do the work. These little details transformed the intensity of my swings. 20 quality swings are worth 40 of my previous average swing. The session progressed following the same format covering cleans, presses, snatches etc. Craig rounded up the session by establishing my V02 max rep target. That was tough.
Craigs knowledge and ability to put it across in an easy to understand manner is self evident as you incorporate the advice there and then, you can feel the advice in your muscles.
The benefits from visiting Craig are my workouts are shorter but more intense. You do not have to work long if you work hard. My resting heart rate is now on another downward trend.
As well as the session itself, what also has to be mentioned is the after care. I was asked by Craig to keep a food diary for a week and email it to him. He responded with advice on nutrition etc. also he sends out a regular newsletter.
Overall, an excellent instructor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
