10/10 We Need to Clone Him

Tim has a unique combination of strength, compassion, knowledge, calmness, humor, and motivation. I took a kettlebell class with other first-timers, and really appreciated how he related to each of us and our differing levels of expertise and strength. It was clear he not only loves what he does, but cares about his students. I would highly recommend this class, or any other fitness instruction that Tim does.
10/10 Great knowledge
By Elizabeth

Tim has an exceptionally strong knowledge base regarding training both from his extensive schooling as well as personal experience and certifications he has earned. He has a passion for teaching others and a commitment to his student's success that is hard to find in the masses of personal trainers out there who hang out their shingle without even a fraction of the knowledge that Tim has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim in the absolutely highest terms to anyone wanting to improve their fitness level. My biggest regret is that I have moved away from Riverside and can only benefit from his expertise long distance by phone.
10/10 A natural teacher, will inspire your confidence

Tim is a natural teacher who demystifies an otherwise intimidating effort, for those of us who are new to kettlebells. He has a knack for clearly describing what to do and then gently showing you the ropes--er--kettlebells. Sign on, you won't regret it!
10/10 Instructor par excellence!

Tim is an excellent instructor, who brings skill, caring, and personalized coaching to his Kettle Bell classes. He explains the moves well, and is patient and specific in correcting form. He clearly demonstrates how to do each exercise, and then guides you through it. The workouts are demanding but fun too.

I'm not into macho gym rats. Tim's quiet, calm manner coupled to his obvious knowledge of how to use kettlebells effectively makes for a great workout if you're looking for something to change up your exercise routine. I can't recommend him highly enough as an instructor.
10/10 Great Workout for anyone, any shape or fitness level
By Veronica
/ Riverside CA
I was brought to this class by my father, who had just lost over 50 pounds and wanted to get his body back into shape. I had just had a baby and also needed to get back into shape. So after a year or so of not working out at all I tried this work out. It was really good, gets your heart going but isnt too intense where your barley hanging on until class is over. Its a great balance between stregnth and endurance training. The trainer is very knowledgable and helpful with any questions regarding kettlebell and/or if you have other health or nutritional questions. Its a great class and I hate when I miss it!

I actually met Tim through a coworker and started taking his kettlebell classes. The first class hooked me it was so much fun and I could tell that Tim knew what he was doing and was very professional and could meet the needs of everyone of his students. Not only that but he is extremely and genuinely happy to be there in order to help everyone acheive their goals no matter what the are. He is able to get you pumped up and becomes a great motivator. He keeps you going even when you don't think you can go any more. He is always willing to help you out and give you any extra tips that you may need to reach your goals. I am extremely glad that I was able to take these classes with an instructor that takes the time to not only correctly teach the class but has the passion to teach and instruct.

Tim is an outstanding coach and mentor! He not only leads you through a fantastic workout at every session, but he also explains the science and the logic behind the exercises. He is an intelligent and articulate coach who leads by example.

I'd grown tired of going to gyms and dealing with the same old routines of weight training and cardio. I was looking something simple, that I could do at home and would not require a lot of equipment or time. Then I discovered Kettle Bells. I read a few books and watched some video's. I even took some over priced personal KB instruction at a local MMA gym. But it wasn't until I met Tim Peterson that it really came together. Tim coached me through the basics. He really focused on form and doing the moves right. I now train at home and will occasionally drop in for a "tune-up" on my form. If you want to get superb instruction, learn all the basics so you can dump the gym and all the hassles that go with it. Take about 6 classes from Tim Peterson. He covers all the bases (nutrition/recuperation/training) taking in mind YOUR personal needs/age/abilities. He helped this short fat middle aged 55+ guy get on the right path. Try Tim, soon you too will be on your way.

Tim Peterson is an outstanding coach, and the kettlebell training he provides is the best physical trainging experience I have ever had. I have particiapted in many sports and strength training programs over the last 30 years and Tim's class is by far the best. My abilities are always professionally challenged, and my skill sets are continually growing.
10/10 Can't say enough good things about Tim

Tim is the most enthusiastic and personable instructor who is totally committed to the betterment of the people in his classes. He generously gives out compliments as well as personal instructions to each one of his students during his class. I appreciate it that he works out with us, rather than just instructing. He is his own worst critic, but I honestly can't see anything to criticize. His form looks absolutely perfect, something all his clients hope to someday acquire, me included. This is definitely one of the benefits of his working out alongside us, as we can watch his form while doing the moves ourselves, which helps tremendously in improving our own form. He is as full of energy if there is a full room of people as when there are just a few of us. And actually I really like it when there are fewer students because we who are there get to benefit from much more individual attention from Tim. He has so much knowledge that there just doesn't seem to be enough time for him to share all that I want to know, but he is always available after class for any and all questions people might have. He has also let us know he is available via phone or email and encourages us to contact him if we have any questions about what he has presented in class. He has a natural teaching ability and his instructions are made very clearly in an easy to follow format. I love going to class and definitely enjoy the difference I see in my body after a relatively short period of time. His workouts are always interesting and well-rounded. Tim has a way of making everyone of all strength levels feel welcome and beginners along with those who have been attending for some time, are made to feel very comfortable in his classes. I hope Tim never stops teaching Kettlebells, as we would really be missing out on a very gifted, friendly and knowledgeable teacher!

Tim is a very enthusatic motivator when it comes to his speciality in Kettlebell. Upon first calling Tim I was very curious and impressed in the way he represented himself and explained the unique ways in which KettleBell would be an asset in my current health condition. The strength training motivated me the most. Tim went on to explain how much it would be a benefit of inner-core strengthening/conditioning verses a long disappointing road of merely 'aerobics'with no strengthing; strength is what I was looking for. Since the start of my training with Tim I have noticed the results and the stamina in which I now carry in my core and my shoulders. I have had others begin to comment how much they can see a significant change in my body structure without me telling anyone I am 'working out' again. My arms are firmer; my muscles are tighter and my core is once again re-gaining that 'hardness' that I longed for after being out of commission for almost 2 years. Tim Peterson is an instructor who truly 'loves' what he does and he also gives 110% of himself while working out 'with' the class; however many classes he instructs per day. I wish him the best in his continued training and business. He is a man with a heart and passion for 'others' when it comes to health and fitness!
