10/10 Oh...yeah...

By Mark Toomey, RKC Team Leader, CSCS / Reno, NV USA

No, you won't see me snatch this monster any time soon, but on lighter days, floor presses with a pair of 44's are perfect. Like the 40 and 48kg bells, Dragon Door's 44kg kettlebells have a lower profile than any "brand X" of the same weight, and with that lower profile, a girevik can wedge the center mass of the bell in the meat of his forearm and press very, very effectively.

Like every Dragon Door kettlebell, the handle and the finish are first rate, the weight is spot on.

If you're struggling to make the jump from a 40 to a 48kg in a press, or any technique, the Dragon Door/RKC 44kg is a perfect intermediate step.

John and Pavel, you've got another heavyweight winner.

9/10 Brutality plain and simple

By Art theTrainer , CSCS, USAW / Silver Spring, Maryland United States

I train in all modalities(O lifts, body wt, etc) and have used the 24kg extensively.
This is the MOST brutal tool I have encountered.
Snatching it is humbling, cant quite press with strict form yet but
I WILL NOT BE DENIED!! Warning a strong will is mandatory to play with this little devil.

10/10 don't skip it

don't skip this kettlebell. from the bulldog to the beast this is a great transition.

10/10 Great Size for Power!

By Master RKC Phil Ross / Ho Ho Kus, NJ, USA

At first I was a little hesitant to purchase the 44kg "Bulldog". I had the "Beast", 48kg and the 40kg, so I thought that the 44 was overkill - wow, was I wrong! I love this size. It's fun to swing and great to squat with. Additionally, it's the perfect size for Get-ups and aids in your progressions to pressing the Beast. Additionally, dual Bulldog swings are a blast. Enjoy!

10/10 Press it and smile

By Chris Nordeen / So, Cal, USA

This bell all but completes my full set of RKC bells, this one probably has the worst finish of all the bells I have bought and I have just about all of them. I'm still giving it a 10, the handle is rough and not as round as all my others but one out of over 35 bells is not bad. I think its an older production bell but it is still getting the heavy press and get up work done.
