I have used them extensively. I have found they very valuable for the therapy of an old shoulder injury. I have purchased kettlebells in the past and I have found your products first rate. Thanks

I heard about Indian clubs for a number of years and I decided to purchase the 1# clubs since these were recommend for beginners. I bought Dr Thomas' "Learn the Ancient Art of Indian Club Exercises at another different site and the movements with Indian clubs were challenging and once I got the movement patterns down it was enjoyable. I use the movements on Dr. Thomas' DVD as shoulder warmups.
I would recommend these clubs to learn for fun and also to improve shoulder mobility.

The clubs are well made and I reckon will last and last, I'm new to this type of exercise but have an old rotator cuff injury that nags now and again. My initial impressions are good. I could feel the movement deep in the shoulders. I'm looking forward to using these as a regular part of my routine.
8/10 Clubbing my way to health.

I ordered these indian clubs and some 2 pounders a few weeks ago. With proper instruction, my training quality has increased significantly. They are light enough to not interfere with my regular weight training regimen, but I was able to make some real gains in flexibility, grip strength, coordination, and general athletic ability. After a 10 minutes with these guys, I was too tired and too pumped to do any more. It is a REAL workout and I am glad that I bought them. I got a dvd by Dr. Ed Thomas which was very helpful in showing me the ropes.
9/10 Great clubs

I have a pair of wood clubs that I use when I am working out at the house. I bought these for when I travel. I now keep them in my car and when I work out at the park they are available. I don't have to worry about the heat in the car destroying them and they are quite strong. I have been swinging clubs for about 2 years and have used home made clubs and wooden ones. My 12 year old son also swings clubs he likes these better than the wooden ones because they shaft is a little thinner than the wooden clubs and it is easier for him to get a good grip.
9/10 Good, durable clubs

These clubs can take a lot of abuse, abuse that I wouldn't subject wooden clubs to. Their only negative point is that they will not reliably stand up due to the rough molded bottoms. I prefer the aesthetics and tradition of wooden clubs, but these are a great, cost effective product.
8/10 Good starting pair of Indian Clubs

I have used these Indian Clubs for several months now and have been pleased with them. These clubs will take a lot of abuse which is good for a first pair. The only downside to them is that the rough bottoms of the club will not allow them to stand up very easily.
8/10 Great for beginning indian clubbing

I bought the Cd, book club set and love the progression. It is right up my alley of starting slow to get the smooth transition to faster. I personally will take my time advancing to the faster movements as I want to hone the technique.
I would definitely recommend these clubs to anyone wanting to work on shoulder girdle or getting fluid movement throughout the shoulder.
After 1 week of doing Indian clubs, I can tell my rib cage is more expanded.
I feel a difference in my ROM in my shoulder girdle. I must say that I have not had injuries in my shoulder girdle, but can still tell a difference in fluid movement. I just learned to finally swim over a year ago and swim every chance I can. I realize that learning Indian clubbing is going to help keep my shoulders healthy for the continuous movement and make my swim strokes more precise When swimming I can easily tell that my shoulders are moving easily in the rotation, which is going to really help me in keeping correct stroke as I mentioned earlier.
I would recommend Indian clubs to any addition of your training. I also do body weight training and the Indian clubs are giving me that little bit of extra muscle workout with my body weight training. I like moving slow through my movements for accuracy and how going slower gives my muscles more of a workout than going faster with the movements. At least I have noticed when doing the movements from a slower pace of the 10-20 second repetition than going to a faster 10 second repetition.
