Sammy is not only one of the best instructors, but she is a great person as well!
She truly takes the time to understand what your fitness goals are and she pushes you to get the results you want! My favorites part about her is that she is focused on form and making sure you do the workouts/exercises the correct way.
I have lost over 85lbs while working with Sammy and she has helped change my life! I highly recommend her and recommend listening to her breakdowns on how to do exercises, because it works!
