Rhonda Fuller is a true inspiration. She not only is an extraordinary teacher but also leads by example. She promotes and lives a healthy active lifestyle that enhances her quality of life along with the lives of those around her. I personally have had the pleasure of experiencing this first hand. I have been lucky enough to train kettlebells with her this past year along with benefit from many nutrition consultations. I have struggled with an eating disorder along with hypothyroidism, and these are all things Rhonda has helped me face. She has provided me with the knowledge I need in order to deal with these issues, but more importantly she has done so with much love and compassion. Along side, my mother, I consider Rhonda a role model. I can honestly say because of her I am now on the right path to leading a happier healthier life that my current and futures self will thank me for.

I have been training with Rhonda for 2 years now, twice a week. Rhonda Fuller is the best at what she does. Before training with Rhonda, I've always worked out in a traditional gym doing "bodybuilding exercises." I would rarely break a sweat at the gym lol. When working out with Rhonda, it feels like I am sweating out a gallon of water. She is very creative and functional with the workouts she designs. Under Rhonda's instruction my cardio/stamina has skyrocketed and my body fat has dropped dramatically while increasing muscle. At the same time still getting stronger in other aspects of the gym. I don't know what I would do without her.

As a trainer in the fitness world, I wanted to train with someone who I could trust to take my fitness to the next level. I have dealt with back issues for many years and knew that I needed an instructor who would train me safely but also be knowledgable enough to push my limits. Rhonda is that instructor! Her passion and knowledge of training with KBs, combined with her awareness of her client's needs and limitations is above any other instructor I have ever met. She is a mentor to me and there is not one person who I wouldn't send to her. Rhonda is one of those people who are doing exactly what they are meant to be doing in life and I've met none better!

My wife and I are also in the Senior category and have been taking home instruction monthly from Rhonda for well over a year... She is an expert at seeing what you can do and tailoring the workout program to best meet and challenge your needs... After each review session she quickly responds with an email detailing the workout and any techniques that might be new... She adds nice stretching, warmup, and nutritional ideas to our session... aside from being a very pleasant woman she is an expert at KB instruction... and just a lot of fun to be around. I would totally recommend Rhonda to anyone interested in having a quality workout program...She is the best.....

Ive used the fuller approach for years however once Rhonda introduced me to kettlebells some years ago ive increased the longevity of my ability ten fold. I would suggest you seek not just a kettlebell instructor but Miss Fullers approach to kettlebells. This would insure your knowledge of kettlebells for the longterm.

Thank you Rhonda for your presentation with the Fitness Instructor staff at UCSD Recreation. The workshop was excellent in content, delivery and timing. I particularly appreciated that you had us work in teams to better understand the KB technique. For a teacher training, this is critically important.
At the end of the day, you left us wanting more which is a testament to your skill and enthusiasm. I look forward to working with you again!

After taking Rhonda's kettlebell workshop, I not only had a great time learning but I also appreciated that she had us take our shoes off and work on the grass in bare feet. I never do strength workouts with bare feet (except for yoga or Pilates) on outside surfaces. It was neat to connect with nature! I enjoyed her teaching style with attention to technique and form in addition to gentle encouragement. Thanks, Rhonda!

 
10/10 Explosive Workout with Safety First!

I have a two year old neck and rotator cuff injury that is mostly stable, but the pain from my disc protrusion flares easily. I am hesitant to push myself while working out for fear of re-injury and miss the power of strength/cardio combined conditioning. After taking a 2 and a half hour kettlebell workshop with Rhonda, for the first time I had the freedom to work out as hard as I possibly could without the risk of flaring my disc or shoulder. Her instructions are clear and concise and knowledge of exercise biomechanics is excellent. She has a keen eye for proper alignment. The next day I felt every muscle in my legs, glutes, back and arms -- but absolutely no tension in my neck or shoulders. Thanks to Rhonda, I am excited to be able to workout hard and get back to my original shape and weight before my neck injury! You are a truly gifted instructor.

I have been with Rhonda for almost 4 yrs. I am a younger 62 yr. old.. She started me out with a functional fitness program before it was the thing... and then moved me into Kettlebells..... Rhonda has taught me technique and stress's safety.. she see's to my nutrition and always adjusts it as needed.. Rhonda keeps me motivated, workouts, tho sometimes tough, are fun and interesting & I am always learning from her. I find my energy level , along with my strength has increased 10 fold. Without her I would have never know how GREAT a workout kettlebells can be !!!!!!
