Randy, a martial artist and a Law Enforcement Use of Force trainer by trade, is a gifted leader and motivator as a Kettlebell lnstructor. When I first started to train with Randy LaHaie, I didn't even know what a Kettle bell was, and was nervous and intimidated to try it. I was inspired though by his encouragement and patient instruction, and he kept me on track, despite my occasional reluctance. And now, I am motivated more than ever to continue on, and hope to rise to the next level.
Randy moves flawlessly and effortlessly between training the private sector, for those who are not hard core athletes, to the advance athletes such as police officers, who are seasoned at working out!
I consider myself fortunate to be able to have this opportunity to learn the Kettlebell, and train with Randy.
I admire his dedication to bringing the KBs into the fitness world in this area, and his passion for the health benefits that KB training provides. This continues to motivate both myself, and all those men and women who train with him.
Randy inspires confidence and is extremely supportive, no matter what the fitness level is; and he is very easy to workout with.
