After learning about the possible benefits of kettlebells, I found Petra on this website. I thought I was going to learn how to work with bells, but she introduced me to body weight and primal training. I a 34 year old firefighter and she was my first personal trainer, she is very patient when it comes to getting proper form down and she knows where your limits are and pushes them(which is a good thing). Within a month of seeing her plus working out on my own I saw and felt results immediately. I felt stronger and leaner. Though I had to take time from seeing her due to kids and busy schedule, I plan on going back to her when time allows. Once again, I highly recommend her.

Petra has been the perfect health and physical fitness advisor.
I appreciate her knowledge, training and commitment and to her attention to the proper form and execution of the kettlebells and fitness training. We are developing a custom series of exercises based on my age, current condition, my goals and potential.
I have always been skeptical of the personal trainers, they have to turn every exercise into a Stress Test. This is not Petra. If you looking for an intelligent, custom approach to training and physical fitness, Petra is the best.

I am a seasoned athlete that has tried just about everything when it comes to sports and working out. What I have experienced with kettle belling is dynamic as the workout itself. Petra introduced kettle belling to me about 6 months ago, and I have enjoyed the journey. My background and passion is endurance sports like running, biking, swimming, and so on, but after being introduced to kettle belling it has elevated my strength, flexibility, and stamina for these sports. Petra is an good as it gets when it comes to trainers. She has the highest credentials when it comes to certification, and she is always looking for ways to improve and learn more so she can share with others. She stays in touch with me even when it's not a workout day. She truly cares about your personal gains and progress. She has worked closely with me to help me reach my personal goals, and with her guidance I have achieved many of my goals but I am looking for more, and there is much more :) Whatever your goals may be, I believe that kettle belling along with Petra's guidance she can help you achieve what you have been looking for. I highly recommend talking to Petra about kettle belling, and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I have had three sessions with Petra and am very favorably impressed. I am 74 years old and have had triple hip replacement, so there are some things I cannot do, but Petra has been attentive to my limitations and provided me with appropriate exercises. In the time I have been seeing Petra, I have toned up and have also lost two pounds.
I had been exercising on my own at home, but these exercising were not as helpful as I thought. Petra has given me a series of exercises that are far better for my bodily condition and I have felt the improvement almost immediately. In the gym, Petra can see when I am tending to misapply actions and quickly corrects me. She knows about how much I can do at any given time and adjusts exercise accordingly. I believe I am receiving the maximum benefit from exercise under Petra's care.

Follow up from the 67 year "old dog" - Went golfing for the first time this year and despite the rust on the swing mechanics it was great. (Had the opportunity to get on the Mountain Course at Loew's Ventana Canyon in Tucson - beautiful, challenging course) To make a long story even longer, driving distance off the tee easily averaged 15-20 yards farther than last fall. Definitely going to keep swinging those bells!!

When I talked with Petra about kettlebell training she suggested I bring my two teenage kids with me. I was relectant not only because of the kids, but I have had major back surgery and am not able to do many things I once took for granted. Not only did she create a workout we all can do together, she had amazing patience and gave us all individual attention. My whole family now enjoys working out together with Petra. My daughter's boyfriend even joins us on Sundays. Petra has shown us it is not just about working out but well rounded fitness and health. Before Petra I thought I would never be in the physical condition I once was. Now I know I can and look forward to being in even better shape with her motiviation and guidance. Beyond the physical aspect she helps all aspects of living healthy. Petra has an unmatched attention to detail which shows in her knowledge and instructions. Petra has been the encouragement I needed and is truly an inspiration. For the best results it really takes someone with experience and knowledge. I find Petra goes beyond and highly recommend her to anyone. .

Petra has been training me with Kettlebells for only two months and I can already see and feel the positive changes. I've had to give up my favorite exercises of running and weights because of steadily increasing pain brought on by age and repetitive stress in my tendons (hamstring and rotator cuff) and joints (hips and shoulders). Once I started Kettlebells regularly and exercising with Petra the pain I had felt daily has all but gone. She has worked on exercises for me that strengthen the core but don't stress my arms or legs; I am even more flexible than before and can feel myself becoming stronger. I love working out with Petra as she is alert to all the little details, reinforces the things I have to pay attention to, and challenges me in a positive supportive way. I have tried using personal trainers in the past, but she is by far the best! She is patient and understanding of my needs and limitations, but at the same time pushes me to be sure my goals are met. I am a feisty 66 year old grandmother and I look forward to Kettlebell training as an exercise regimen that I can do for a long time yet to come.

Can't say enough positive about my experience with Kettlebell training and my instructor, Petra. This "old dog" of 67 years has learned a lot of new tricks from Petra that have me feeling better physically - and thus mentally - than I have for many years. The variety of techniques and exercises she has introduced has relieved that treadmill boredom and keeps me lookig forward to each session. After two months I have regained a significant amount of flexibility; I have not had this much flexibility since regular sports training of college days. In addition I have improved balance and a lot better strength in the core muscle groups. The best part of all this is that Petra has shown me how to accomplish it without undue stress on any of the joints and no associated peripheral muscle pain. She has helped me combine balance, timing and engagement of the core to build up that strength and endurance. I cannot wait to take it all out to the golf course!

I have been training with Petra for just over a month. I really appreciate her attention to detail and ability to articulate the aspects of each technique. She is friendly, tough, and encouraging. The combination of her guidance and RKC philosophy was just what I needed to break out of "typical" exercise and strength training of which I had grown weary.

I have been a personal trainer for over 9 years and carry multiple certifications.

I hired Petra to help gain a better understanding of proper form and execution of the foundational movements for kettlebells. Also, to gain a greater understanding of how to incorporate kettlebell training into my clients’ work outs for maximum efficiency and safety.

I have been completely satisfied with Petra as a RKC instructor, she has more than exceeded my expectations! She has a solid understanding of her craft and easily explained not only the movements, but how to effectively use them to build strength and conditioning into my body. Her firm and assertive training style kept me focused and moving forward through our workouts, but she was attentive enough to me to know just when to ease off. Petra and her RKC training were exactly what I was looking for!

Petra has the ability to easily train the newest of fitness enthusiasts, or a much more seasoned and educated trainer such as myself. I highly recommend her!
