I have working out with Paul for the past 2 months and I have found him to be extremely well informed about Russian Kettle Bell philosophy and practice, he is aware of the nuances of the exercises and individual difference in his client. Paul pays extreme attention to the form of trainee during workout, this helps in avoiding injury and maximizing the benefit of the exercise. Paul includes other exercises e.g. Rope Training, Bag Squat etc. that are based on the same principle as the Kettle bells and are a lot of fun.
Most importantly, Paul works with individual goals of the trainee and customizes the workout to achieve individuals goals, while keeping the workout interesting. Additionally, Paul is very friendly, easy to get along

Having a personal training certification and a fair amount of knowledge on exercise and nutrition myself, I'm looking for something very special in a personal trainer. I am so pleased with my sessions and confident in Paul's methods that I haven't gotten to the point where I think to myself, "do I need to pay someone to do this for me, or can I do it myself?." This has definitely been an issue with trainers in the past, but I know it won't be an issue with Paul. Paul brings so much to the table in terms of knowledge and information both on exercise and nutrition. He has easily become my favorite person to discuss new ideas regarding nutrition, strength, and diet that you won't find in the mainstream media or health field. He is extremely attentive and full of energy. He stays up to date on current research and really does his homework. He is versatile and adapts easily to an individual's goals. I look forward to continued training with him!

I had my first session with Paul a few days ago, it was awesome! Great explanation of the excercises and attention to detail and proper form. I drive a little over two hours to train with Paul and it is well worth it. He is a super friendly guy with a very upbeat and motivating personality and training style. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge. Because of the distance between us I dont get to train in person with him as often as I'd like, but he's always gracious with his time and corresponds with me through phone calls and e-mails. You couldn't ask for a better trainer. Just talking to Paul will pump you up to train. I had a fantastic time training with him and I left ready for more. I will definitely be back again and again. Anyone looking for a great instructor of kettlebells and strength and conditioning, Train with this guy!

Paul is a great trainer and is not afraid to workout with you; why would you want an instructor who can't do what he is asking you to do I know I don't. There is no yelling, screaming or insults coming from Paul plenty of complements and positive attitude. He has good motivation, when I come in dragging he finds away to pick me up so I can push myself. This rating scale is totally wrong for Paul 10 is only a percentage of 110 for what this guy brings and out of you.

Paul is an fantastic trainer who has had an extremely positive impact on our lives. His enthusiasm and energy is definitely contagious. There is never a day when we even think about missing a workout. Paul is truely dedicated to see his clients reach, and even surpass, their goals. He has such an arsenal of exercises that workouts are never dull and are always productive. In fact, my husband and I started working out with him twice a week, but now we are there three to five times a week and still strive for more. Paul truly cares about each and everyone of his clients and is always concerned with lifting weights safely. He will definitely push you to your greatest potential. He is also a super nice guy who always listens carefully to you and any concerns or questions you may have so he can come up with the appropriate solution to suit your workout needs.
In all the years I worked out on my own and with other trainers I was never able to bench press more than 85 pounds and I never did deadlifts or pullups. Now, my max bench press is 135 pounds and my max deadlift is 245. I can also do my fair share of pullups too. This is all in a matter of a few months.
Working out with Paul is definitely addictive. Once you start you won't want to stop because every workout presents new and exciting challenges. Whether your goal is to just get in shape, increase your strength and agility for sports, or to compete in a powerlifting or a strongman competition, Paul can help you accomplish it all. He is truly amazing and we feel blessed to have him as our trainer and our friend!

I had been using kettle bells for some time when I met Paul, he showed me in the clearest way possible how to change my technique for the best results possible. He has so many exercises its crazy!

Paul is truly a man on a mission, he believes in the institute of Pavel. As a result of working with him, I have also become a student of the Pavel institute. Kettle bells are a great tool. They have taken my fitness to higher levels. Since Paul pointed me in the Pavel direction, I have become stronger and much more informed about the techniques necessary to develop strength... practice, practice, practice, "grease the grove". Also, I've seen and heard a lot about the use of kettle bells here in Mobile, Alabama. Not until I met Paul did I begin to develop skill and endurance with the kettle bell swing,the snatch (my favorite)
and the get up.I no longer simply "work out" or lift weights, I practice, practice, practice. With practice, there is nothing left to do but get better. Thanks Paul...Pavel

I have been training with Paul for a little over a year now. He is my strongman coach and trainer. He has gotten me involved in strongman training, grip training, and kettlebell training. There has never been a day when I wanted to quit or give up. Paul has managed to keep even the toughest workouts interesting. We have achieved great results and he always maintains a positive atmosphere. Stones I used to not be able to lap, now I can shoulder. My grip has come up light years. I can now hold the blob in one hand after lifted, I squeezed 268 on a bathroom scale, I can lift a 45lb plate by the hub in each hand and walk with it. Now I can easily press the 80lb kettlebell upside down. My all around strength has increased dramatically and we have qualified to go to the teen strongman nationals this year in Massachusetts. This training has changed my focus and my life goals.
If you want to get stronger see Paul. You will not find a more technical trainer or one who will care more about you or your results.

Many times in the Fitness industry you meet instructors that have a great knowledge of what they are doing but not a great approach to getting that knowledge across. Paul White is not one of those instructors. I have had the chance to learn about kettlebells from Paul and he has taught me in a way that I can get people excited to meet up to learn from him as well. I would have never thought about using kettlebells without Paul showing and explaining the benefits. Thanks Paul!

I have been training with Paul White for a couple of years now and have had amazing results. When we first started doing kettlebells I could feel results in the first week. I gained so much energy and learned so much about how my body functions. Within the first month I bet I dropped around 30lbs. Training with my 50lb kettlebell and using the right techniques Paul taught me I have been able to press the 100lb kettlebell for four reps! This might sound unreal but we video taped it and I have been able to reproduce it many times. I have also been able to "bottoms up" press the 90lber. I did this all before I turned nineteen. This has been a great accomplishment for me as most full grown men would be happy to press the hundred for one. Thanks to having Paul as my coach I have reached fitness goals I never thought possible and kettlebell training has opened new doors for me. His knowledge of fitness, great personality, and passion for training have taken me where I am today.

I have been training with Paul for a little over a year now and have seen amazing results. I am 6' tall and was about 160 lbs a little over a year ago. After switching to kettlebells I am now 185 with the same body fat % as before. The muscular balance that develops is awesome and the transfer to tradition lifts is phenomenal. Paul has a great way of conveying the training to make it easy to learn. He has a long training background and a lot of knowledge to share. He is very passionate about the kettlebell training. If you want to see excellent results in functional strength and fitness this is the trainer for you. He will push you to be better! There is no better way to injury proof your body!

I went through a one day kettlebell seminar with Paul, and have had the opportunity to train with him several other times. He is extremely knowledgeable with kettlebells and I learned so much from him. I have been interested in kettlebells for a while and have had quite a bit of experience training with them, but after going through a few sessions with Paul it took my training to the next level! My form and strength dramatically improved! His enthusiasm and passion for training with kettlebells is inspiring and makes me want to keep pushing harder! What a difference! I don't live near Paul, but would love the opportunity to train with him more often. When you train with Paul, it is obvious he spends alot of time using kettelbells and is always looking for new ways to improve technique to maximize performance and training effects. The best part about training with Paul is that he is more passionate about teaching kettlebells and imparting his knowledge than he is about using them himself. And he loves to use them himself! He will get you so pumped up and excited about training, it's contagious. You can't help but perform at your best potential when you're around Paul! That's what makes him such an effective instructor or training partner.

As someone with nearly 20 years in Martial Arts and RBSD and a qualified gym instructor, I was looking for a training regime that I could train as close to the physical traits needed for my chosen activities. Kettlebells took my interest so I bought one and got into them.
Needing some advice and instruction with them, Paul happily provided me with some great information and an awesome starting program, focussing on explosive speed and endurance, which I came to love. He has since followed up with a more advanced program as I have made gains faster than I thought possible, not to mention the addictive nature of kettlebell training anyway. He really knows his kettlebells and how to apply them to Martial Art training.
I have made awesome increases in core strength. I find when we do our drills on the ground, I am much stronger and faster at getting to my feet than before and I feel I have greater balance while on my feet and being attacked from different directions. I also have increased endurance and an increase in overall functional body strength and flexibility. The crossover between kettlebell training and other activities, especially Martial Arts, is amazing. They really work and Pauls programs really work.
Paul instruction comes very highly recommended and kettlebell training is also very highly recommended.
Forget about joining a gym all you need is kettlebells. I will be using them for the rest of my life.
