I've been working Pat through his kettlebell boot camps and, most recently, one on one. Pat's knowledge of kettlebells, lifting and nutrition has me wearing pants I could not fit into 4 months ago. In that same time, I've gone from pressing 16 and 20kg bells to a 28Kg PR. Through his knowledge an instruction I know I'll pass the HKC this month and I'll be looking to him for whatever I decide to be my next goal. Pat's a top notch instructor that will get you to do things you thought were unattainable. He's a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with.

I have had the priviledge of being trained by Pat during Diana Volentes temporary leave from the dragon Gym. And I found Pat able to push my training a step higher He truely understands how to maximise the time to achive maximum results. He has helped me to continue the process of sculpting my body thou I have much more to do and to help me get stronger. Some may find his class too hard and a chalenge to get through. I do too, but I like that there are times when I crawl away (almost literaly) because the next day feels amazing. Now that Diana is back (so glad she is) I will have less oppertunity to train with Pat. But It will always be a joy to work with Pat. when I get the chance!

This summer I had the privilege to train with Pat. I had been doing kettlebells for three years prior and felt confident that I knew my way around a kettlebell. Over the course of this past summer Pat has fine tuned my technique and allowed me to reach new levels, I thought impossible before. I went from be stuck at the 16kg and 20kg weights to being able to use the 24kg and 28kg proficiently. In my whole life I have never been able to do a single pull up and in just 12 classes with Pat I am able to do three dead hang pullups in a row. Pat drastically increased my strength while helping me to lose 20lbs. Pat is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with and I recommend him to anyone who wants to change their life.

I met Pat 4 months ago when I was first interested in Kettlebells and becoming physically active. I wanted to lose some weight and lean out, and as a female I was worried I would bulk up, but this was never an issue in Pat's class. Pat has gone above and beyond helping me along the way, he is extremely knowledgeable about working out, kettlebells, and nutrition. Inside the gym he works hard to explain everything to prevent injury and to get results, and believe me he does. He has helped to shape/ lean my body and has managed to banish trouble zones and get rid of those stubborn last 10lbs. Outside of the gym Pat has given me nutritional advice and has shared his knowledge and love for a healthy lifestyle, and is always available to answer emails or talk in person. He pushes everyone in class to give their all and he gets results!! I highly recommend Pat as a personal trainer and a group instructor!!

Pat is an excellent instructor, and motivator. I first met him when I took up a kettle bell class at school. He knows how to push people to their limit without making them give up. Before I met Pat, I was the typically gym rat. I would go to the gym about five times a week, constantly doing repetitive exercises and never really seeing the results that I wanted. I've now been training with Pat for almost a year, and my results are remarkable. I've seen bigger changes in my body in under a year than I had seen in my three years of working out by myself.

I was constantly astounded not only by his strength and his aesthetics, but by his knowledge and his ability to replicate his own results in those he worked with(me included). I was a kinesiology/exercise science major while working with Pat, and I can confidently say I learned more from him about true strength training and programming than I ever did from any textbook or professor in college.
I have worked with many trainers during my years as an athlete and none of them can even remotely compare to Pat. No other trainer has ever cared so much about my personal goals, and only with Pat did I ever feel like I was actually getting a truly individualized program based around what I WANTED to achieve, not just some cookie cutter routine that most trainers hand out to everyone of their clients.

Starting to train with kettlebells with pat has been the best thing I have done with my life in a long, long time. I have never felt more fit, or healthier than I do now. Training with Pat has kept me in shape even during my freshman year in college! If it wasn't for Pat, I would definitely have put on the freshman 15 or much, much worse, but thanks to his system of kettlebell training I have had the opposite results. Pat is by far one of the best instructors i've ever worked with. Before i attended Pat's class, i was probably the laziest person on the face of the Earth and avoided going to the gym as much as possible. I attended one of Pat's classes, and now i can't get enough of it. I feel guilty missing just one of his classes. With intense circuits including different kettle bell techniques and other cardio moves, Pat's class definitely gets you into the best shape of your life! Pat is truly an amazing trainer and i can't wait to continue training with him in the future!

Pat's a great instructor and he knows his stuff. I knew a fair amount about kettlebells before I met Pat; Pavel's books can get addicting, but Pat cleaned up my technique a lot and gave me an entirely different perspective to look at training with. He not only knows his way around a kettlebell, he is also fairly well versed on kettlebell and Senior Instructor history, definitely one of my favorite aspects of training with him is the little tipbits of knowledge about the bells and the RKC in general that he provides. WOW! Only word I can think to describe working with Patrick Flynn. His routine completely changed my life and I have never been in this great of shape in my life. It not only got rid of trouble fatty spots that dieting and regular exercise couldn't get ride of but helped my speed and agility in lacrosse tremendously! I highly recommend this program with Pat to any athlete, anyone who hasn't been successful in getting their body in great shape, or pretty much ANYONE for that matter! He is also a really easy going guy, but knows how to make you work hard! Great work Pat!
