10/10 A new tough love with special thanks to Lindsey!

I dealt w/obesity all my life.Winter of 2010/11 I approached Lindsey after losing 30lbs from cardio in 3 1/2 mos.I ate by the nutritional guidelines except with work as a line cook. The next step to break a plateau was to incorporate strength training. Little did I know, that learning about kettlebells will change my life.The first class was brutal I admit, but I left with the mentality that I wanted this to be a new love. A new tough love. I constantly kept sipping water for a break, I couldn?t squat properly, and I had to do a pushup against a wall.Next day my hamstrings were sore!I didn?t miss a kettle bell class and in addition trained twice a week. I was determined by hard work and perseverance to lose weight and gain muscle.Lindsey saw the fire in my eyes and relit it when sweat would extinguish it.She found a way to push me, to want to outdo myself and to see the inner strength show on the outside.I can proudly admit after 2 mos,I can do a male pushup,squat deeply,and do lunges.
10/10 Lower BP with Kettlebells

I am 59 year old woman and just had my annual physical. My blood pressure is the lowest its been since my 20's! I love working out with Lindsey and Kettlebells. My strength, edurance and overall well being has increased since I started training with Lindsey. Her focus on safety, good form and kick #%* workouts are making me feel fabulous and the BP numbers are the proof of the workout's effectiveness.
10/10 Anti-aging workout

Working out with kettlebells intrigued me ever since my east coast nephew started using them. After buying a Dragondoor video and several bells I tried it on my own but didn't feel comfortable with my form and needed motivation as well as instruction. I was so suprised and excited to see that Bozeman actually had a RKC trainer at my gym! Lindsey is great! She knows her stuff, is fun and a great coach for getting a great workout. I have only been working out with her for about 4 weeks, twice a week and can already notice a difference. I bucked 3 cords of wood this weekend and feel great! At 59 I am pleased to be able have a workout that is easy on my joints, good for my heart, is making me strong and I swear younger! Instruction is definitly required and Lindsey is the person to provide it!
10/10 Stronger Neck and Back!

I have been training kettle bell with Lindsey for two months. I have neck and back pain from work related injuries and after the first 2 classes I noticed that my neck and back weren't bothering me as much and since have bothered me even less. I'm not sying this is a "cure all" but I am saying it has made my world so much better to live in. I am stronger, my cardio is better and I feel great.

Lindsey has been teaching me how to train with kettle bells for about three months. I can tell that I am getting stronger and I am getting more defined muscles. Using kettle bells is a great workout because we can work on strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexability all in one hour of training. I love working out with Lindsey! She pushes me to work hard but still pays attention to my form so that I don't get hurt. She's a great instructor.

I have had Lindsey as an instuctor for several months. I had boarder line blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar, and bones. I just had a physical with my local doctor and all of these problems are either resolved or significantly bettered. My body shape and strength have improved working out only one hour, three days a week with Lindsey. I would definately recomend this instructor.
