Kevin provides great instruction on technique by thoroughly explaining the purpose of the motions and the underlying physiology of the body through those motions.

He gives great attention to detail, but never berated me or made me feel as if I was being judged. Kevin simply wanted me to learn the techniques so I could have fun while getting in shape. The work outs are hard, but Kevin brought a sense of humor and levity that kept me inspired to push myself harder through the sets.

My shoulder strength and flexibility improved and this prevented injuries on the Rugby Pitch. My tackling form improved because of better muscle tone and this lead to much stronger tackles, better rucks, and overall improved play.

I recommend Kevin to both beginners to KBs and to those with experience who need a brush up on technique. 10

Kevin isn't your typical fitness trainer.

No assigning of 4 sets of 15 while he walks away and comes back later to check on you.

His knowledge of the basic kettlebell techniques really helped me learn the proper way to perform the moves and thus produced a better result than I expected.

Kevin's attention to detail--identifying problem technique, correcting it, and then increasing your workload when you're ready--is the kind of one on one instruction that every fitness trainer should do.

Working with Kevin really opened my eyes to the fitness world outside the cardio room and the freeweights.

Results? Yeah, you get results. Flexibility, stamina, strength and agility have all increased.

I have had the pleasure and honour of knowing Kevin Barske for many years. I watched Kevin grow from a promising young rugby player to a dynamic Manitoba All Star. Kevin,fellow "Winnipeg Wasps" teamates,and I, roomed together during the Wasps victorious "Holland 10 A-Side Rugby Tournament" in 2001.

As Kevin's "Hardstyle" kettlebell instructor,I've seen him go from an injured, out of shape athlete to an incredibly strong,mobile,quick, and fit, stud. Many teamates believe he is in better shape now than when he was playing competitive rugby.

Kevin's great mental focus,attention to detail,great work ethic with the kettlebells,combined with great nutrition,have brought him to the superlative condition he is in now.
