I have been doing kettlebelt training with Mr. Anta for over two years. He is a outstanding instructor, always keeping the class
motivated and always emphasizing in safety i.e. proper warm up,
proper handling of the kettlebelt and proper cool down. His classes
are intense and full of energy with a lots of muscle confusion.
He always dedicate time to each particular student with the objective
to review and renew goals.

Julio is the type of instructor that not only knows what he is doing but is a natural instructor who makes it easy for his students to get the most out of their workouts no matter what their level. I had the pleasure of taking an XFT class with him and even though I thought I may not be able to do it he had faith enough for the two of us and I was able to do things I thought I'd never see myself doing. He was able to teach me all the benefits of Kettlebell training and I thank him for that. I highly recommend Master Anta to anyone that has not yet had the pleasure of experiencing a Kettlebell workout.

As I was training for my first marathon, I needed to strength my core and additional training to complement my runs. Julio suggested me to try the KB training. After a couple of weeks I felt that my core got stronger, helping me keeping my posture and getting more endurance in my runs. Ultimately I ran not only my first marathon, but my second marathon within 3 weeks of each other. Julio always keep the classes fresh and motivating. Two thumbs up!!

Mr. Anta inspired my intereste in kettlebells! They are terrific for bodyfat loss, improving lean body mass, and helping teach proper speed of the hips,very important for speed and power sports.
Learn what they are and what exercises you can do with them with the best instructor in South FL! You WILL get better results with his guidance and with KBs you need a good instructor, especially when you start out.He's got a solid knowledge base about kettlebells and general conditioning/training and is constantly educating himself about the latest developments/trends in his field.
He also does an excellent job communicating the finer points of technique that many lesser trainers overlook. I also have a great deal of trust in his ability to design an appropriate program for me and to give me the most effective and efficient training regimen possible.
Kettlebell books and DVDs can take you only so far. Experience the difference when you get personal instruction from the expert kettlebell fitness trainer, Master Anta.

Julio is to blame for me being in the best shape of my life at 37! Even after a career in the military and in law enforcement instruction, I didnt really know much about functional fitness until I started training with Julio back in 2003. From Haganah self defense, to kettebells, to Indian clubs, Julio showed me many many new ways to get in awesome shape. I've built a mini gym in my apt that he would be proud of! His energy, commitment, interest in his students, is second to no other instructor/trainer I have ever had. He leads by example with his clean living and excellent morals and family values, he is definitely an inspiration to all his students.

I look forward to moving back to Miami in the future and training with him again.

Julio Anta is not an ordinary kettlebell and fitness instructor for kids and adults. Julio is much more than that. He is a highly qualified Teacher who has the ability to understand his student's needs and individual differences. He is a great inspirational model and motivator to kids and adults.

His programs are extremely effective, challenging, and most of all fun.

Besides teaching his students the kettlebell techniques, he also educates them to appreciate and enjoy the health and physical benefits of kettlebells and other fitness exercises.

I highly recommend Julio Anta as a Kettlebell, Martial Arts, and Fitness instructor.

Mr. Anta does it all and keeps it high paced and entertaining for 3-50 year olds. He is always adding and improving his classes. He is always learning the most up to date training methods to pass down to his students. Any training you do with him is well worth your time. I have had the pleasure to learn how to teach classes from him and it has been very valuable. You won't be disappointed.

I have had the unique opportunity to train with Master Anta in various capacities ranging from Kung Fu to his Extreme Functional Training Class. As a long time black belt and school teacher, I can appreciate the great amount of detail that he puts into his lessons regarding having proper posture, alignment, etc. Safety is always his main concern as he drives you toward levels never thought possible. Furthermore, it is refreshing to see a Master who's belly doesn't get bigger with ever passing year. We have seen too many of those. He leads by example with an energy for excellence and demands it from his students as well. Overall, I would recommend Master Anta without hesitation. When it comes to functional training and getting in the best shape of your life, there is none better.

I recorded many instructional and demonstration videos of Julio which I used to promote my fitness information business on the Internet. These recordings have been so successful that on youtube some of these movies have thousands of views in less than a year. My background is in Elite Gymnastics including developing Olympic caliber gymnasts. I give you my confidence that you will not find a more adept leader in the field of Kettlebell training than Julio Anta. Julio skillfully demonstrated to me how Kettlebells can be used to increase and train flexibility, strength, balance, timing, endurance, and power that a gymnast or any athlete may need to improve in their sport. Even more, Julio also led me through his Extreme Functional Training classes where I learned how average people can become fit and trim using unique training methods on equipment that surprisingly can be found in everyday life. For example, ropes, sledge hammers, car and truck tires, sand bags, and even pipes can be used to challenge and improve all fitness levels from beginners to veteran athletes. If you are looking for an effective program that is both fun and challenging and you insist on expert instruction then I recommend Julio's classes as soon as possible.

I highly recommend Julio Anta as a kettlebell and fitness instructor. I'm a student of his XFT Functional Fitness class which includes kettlebells, Indian clubs, Battling Ropes, kickboxing, medicine balls, body weight exercises and more. This class has helped me and numerous people get fit. Anta is a great kettlebell instructor. He is very carefull in training and explaining proper kettlebell techniques. He explains and breaks down the moves like he teaches his martial arts movements. I can truly say that thanks to Julio I'm a new and fit person. I highly recommend his fitness and kettlebell classes to anyone that is looking to get in the best shape of their lives.

I discovered RKB training thanks to Mr. Anta. He introduced me to this new world of fitness that I didn't know at that time. Thanks to his system I got in the best shape of my life, and that's hard when you are in your mid 30s. Julio Anta is a very patient guy and a superb trainer who can take you all the way to a new mentality and to the new body you have always dreamed of. Don't be afraid and take a free RKB lesson, you won't regret it. I guarantee it.
