Jill was instrumental in introducing me to Kettlebell work-outs! I had become bored and frustrated with standard gym work-outs, when Jill shared the notion of Kettlebell training with me. It was great! She did an excellent job demonstrating the proper techniques and movements to avoid injuries. She continues to share new, innovative training modalities to enhance and compliment my work-outs. I remain grateful for the awesome work-outs Jill has given me!

Jill has provided me with the tools that I need to incorporate kettlbells into my Crossfit workouts. She does a great job of using cues that everyone can understand. I have been able to learn from her how to teach proper form when using kettlebells in my Crossfit classes.

Training with Jill has completely changed how I workout. Jill has taught me how to train functionally and efficiently while having fun. She is always improving my technique and challenging me with new movements. I have been empowered to make my own workouts keeping my routines fresh and challenging.
I have referred many of my patients to Jill to learn about functional exercise and kettlebells. Jill has helped them resume an exercise habit through kettlebell training.

...kettlebell workouts could do so much in so little time! Jill's knowledge and training in the use of kettlebells has re-energized what was once "fitness boredom"! Her assistance & training has allowed me the confidence to put together my own routines. I am able to kettlebell at home in just 25 minutes a session. Love the kettlebells, love Jill's enthusiasm!

Jill teaches her classes with enthusiasm and is able to modify the workout routine based on the ability level of the participant. She goes out of her way to be positive in her approach making failure seem like it is not a possibility. I anticipate being able to expertly use kettle bells in my future home workouts. I would recommend her class to anybody who would like to build up their core strength and be able to do it at home with a minimum of equipment.

I had never been introduced to the kettlebells prior to Jill's session. Her lesson was fun and comfortable (until the next morning :-)). I have incorporated the kettlebells into my regular workouts and look forward to expanding my exercise group.
