I've been in the military for almost seven years and there's a constant requirement to maintain a high level of fitness. I had not done any kettlebell training prior to working with Jaime. In my first training session I very quickly realised how different the training is. In only a few short sessions working with Jaime my overall fitness improved. Everything, my strength, endurance, and cardio fitness.
It doesn't matter what your fitness level is. Jaime has the knowledge to cater programs for people who are just starting out to people who think they're experts.

9/10 From 8kg to 32kg

Jamie and I were mutually training together to share Krav Maga and Kettlebell knowledge. Over a year, he showed me how to train with good technique and how to structure a workout.
I started out my first class with 8kg (Don't laugh! Technique before strength) and now, thanks to Jamie I am deadlifting, swinging and doing TGUs with the 32kg. I can snatch, press and jerk with the 24kg KBs. I got there with Jamie's help.
Jamie doesn't talk it up much (Very rare for a PT!) so some people underestimate him. He is genuinely strong, fit and lives what he teaches - And thats where it counts. RESULTS. If you want results, give Jamie a go. If you want your ego soothed with sissy workouts, try someone else.
Sorry about the 9, 10 has to be saved for RKC2's! ;-)

I originally met Jaime when he started training under me as a student in Krav Maga. Since then we have become colleagues under the HKC system, and soon he will be joining the ranks as a certified Krav Maga instructor too.
I assisted on Jaime's HKC course which was hosted at my training facility in Brisbane. After that I approached him to see if he was interested in working for me as a HKC instructor. I was delighted to hear that he was, and proudly employed him to be part of the first kettlebell training program run by us (Krav Maga Training Academy - KMTA).
During the 6-week, 3-days a week course, Jaime was not only responsible for running the before-work sessions, but also worked alongside me in preparing and developing the training programs.
Jaime is an excellent instructor, with a keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of safe training with kettlebells. The students that were part of his sessions had nothing but high praise for his skill and ability as a trainer. He is caring, focused, and above all, a safe and responsible trainer. He really throws himself in to everything he puts his hand to, and makes sure that he thoroughly researches and understands his area's of expertise.
I am proud to have Jaime as a staff member of KMTA, and look forward to keeping him on as a kettlebell trainer, FMS coach, and (soon) Krav Maga instructor for a long time to come.
I have full confidence in Jaime, and highly recommend him.

I have been training since grade 10, using all sorts of methods from high weight low rep gym work, to high intensity body weights to cave-man functionality training, and kettlebell training is one of the most rewarding.
Having Jaime as an instructor has been a massive help. He is very motivating, and very dedicated to his work. He has a vast knowledge of kettlebell training, included the correct techniques for the different exercises, the benefits of kettlebell training, and the effects of incorrect technique.
Jamie is indeed a professional of the highest standard, I hold what he says in high regard and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to train in kettlebells, whether it be for improving strength, getting leaner or just overall fitness.
10/10 Jamie is awesome....enough said!!!
