Emily is absolutely fantastic! She's knowledgable, helpful, kind, funny and motivating! Emily always knows when to push and when to guide. Her compassion and easy going personality make Emily easy to form a bond/friendship/trusting relationship. I can't wait to work out more with Emily and all the knowledge and positive energy she brings to her classes!

Emily is by far my favorite kettlebell and Bootcamp coach! She’s also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to weight training. Plus, she adds so much energy, fun, and creativity to her workouts that at times you actually forget you’re working out! Emily takes the time to get to know her clients, helps them meet their goals, celebrates their successes, and always has a smile on her face!

Emily is a fantastic coach! She keeps each workout challenging and fun by including different exercises and focusing on different muscle groups. I always know that Emily will have a great workout planned! As well, Emily does a great job of correcting individuals and showing proper form with an approach that that is welcomed. Her focus on each person is always noticed! You can’t help but laugh and smile when you workout with Emily!

Emily is an awesome instructor, whatever your goal is she can help you get there! She’s charismatic and knowledgeable, which meant for me that she helped me work harder and smarter at the same time. Since taking classes with her for the last 6 months I’ve gained significant strength, power and stamina which have helped me enjoy my life by being able to do things like play soccer weekly and snowboard. Throw in her super friendly personality and you have one of the best coaches I’ve had the opportunity to work with! I mean seriously, if she wasn’t as awesome as she is I wouldn’t be writing this review!!

Emily is an amazing coach who gets to know you and your goals and helps you achieve them. She treats you as an individual and helps you find what works best for YOU! She is knowledgeable, energetic, and motivating. I’ve struggled with my weight and committment to fitness programs my whole life. I lost 7% body fat within the first 6 weeks of training with Emily and have kept it off by consistently training with her for over a year.

Emily is a rare find when it comes to searching for coaches or personal trainers. I’ve gone to tons of Emily’s classes, at all intensity levels, and she never loses that key element that sets her apart from so many other mediocre trainers.....FUN. Coach Emily has fun and the participants in her classes have fun while sweating their butts off. I’m a huge believer that health and fitness should be enjoyable and Emily’s coaching style never lacks that. She also truly cares about you as a person and listens to your goals, concerns, etc. You not only gain in physical strength with emily but mental strength and confidence as well. She’s the best!

I've been working with Emily for past few month. She truly knows what she'd doing. She listed to me and develop a program / classed that really help me to achieve my goals. I've work with many different trainers but Emily knows her stuff. Her energy is contagious. She is a great listener and understand what to do to make you work hard.

I trained with Emily at OTG Bootcamp for 6 months in 2017. She is highly knowledgeable, creative, and motivating. Her workouts were never boring and the time just flew by. She is also able to help individuals on personal goals and work around physical limitations or injuries. I had a herniated disk and Emily modified the workouts so I could still participate and get results.

I have taken several of Emily's classes. She is a wonderful instructor and motivator. Her happiness and energy are contagious, making the entire workout experience very enjoyable. Emily is my favorite coach! She truly cares about you as a person and really wants to see you succeed in reaching your fitness goals. Kettle bells take much practice and dedicated time to master. In all of her classes, Emily is always there coaching and supporting you to make sure your form is correct and making sure you are reaping all of the benefits of kettle bells. Not sure of the weight you should be swinging, rowing or dead lifting? Ask Coach Emily. She knows. And even if you think your form has been correct for the past 6 months, she finds ways to perfect it even more making it absolutely impeccable. In addition, I enjoy her class formats. Whether it is kettle bells or boot camp, she knows just how to deliver amazing fat burning workouts giving you the best of both worlds all in one class! (After each class, I am always super sore, feel much stronger and incredibly rejuvenated). All clients can benefit from Emily's great expertise whether you are a beginner or advanced. She is also great in providing alternative workout options if you are a beginner or need something a little less advanced. Why does Coach Emily truly stand out from many other trainers out there? Because not only is she willing to share her knowledge and fitness experience with her clients, but she cares about you as a person. This alone, makes all the difference. Last but not least, I am always motivated to complete all of my rounds/reps in her workouts and she makes exercising fun!

PANDAmonium is a great word to describe Emily because this is a great way to describe the energy in the room when she instructs a class. Plus, sometimes you'll see her lighten the mood dressed up as a panda. Who wouldn't want a panda to motivate you to work on tightening your core or lifting a heavier a weight? But one of my favorite things about Emily is that she's a realist coach/instructor who empathizes with you and your struggles. She's human as well. She understands you’re going to have off-days and let’s you know that it is OK as long as you don’t digress too much. She helps you by sticking through it and working alongside you to help you start and achieve your goals, hitting one milestone at a time. She makes classes fun yet challenging and I always look forward to having a workout with her. Side note: I was in a class yesterday at a boutique gym where we had to do bicep curl squats. I was the only one in my group doing 20/25lb curls. Progress.

My review is coming from a different perspective because I have worked along side of Emily as a fitness instructor. Emily's passion is helping people find their inner strength and true potential. She is a terrific fitness instructor! Her classes are not only enjoyable but extremely educational. Her genuine care and her extensive knowledge in fitness and health allow her to stand out in the fitness industry! She brings on a whole other level that leaves clients feeling rejuvenated and accomplished in their goals. Since knowing Emily she has given me plenty of insight and there is authentic camaraderie. She is truly an amazing individual. I couldn't be more proud to have such an amazing colleague and friend!

I've attended dozens of Emily's classes. On top of creating excellent and new workouts for each class, Emily is super personable and you can easily tell she actually cares about and is invested in the health of her clients. I've been with instructors that run on auto-pilot and look at you as just a source of money before. Emily is 180 degrees opposite of that. I highly recommend her being a fitness coach for anyone.

Emily does a phenomenal job in helping individuals reach their full potential. She pays close attention to proper form and technique, giving advice specific to each person. Whenever she puts together a workout, I l give 100% because really what you put in is what you get out of it. Emily also gives a positive vibe that makes you want to push even harder.

Emily is the most motivating coach I've ever worked with. She sees my potential and encourages me to go for it. Keeps me coming back to the club--even when I fallen off the fitness wagon--by staying positive and upbeat. Her workouts are always creative and tough! But she pushes you through with her enthusiasm.
