Joolz has been putting up with me for just under 2 years and believe me that is a challenge in itself!! I always had an interest in working with Kettlebells and when I came across Jules, I jumped at the chance of working with her.
She is patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. She has the utmost belief in my abilities and I have achieved more than I ever thought possible. My goal as I got older was to not be that poor old lady who couldn't get up from the floor if I fell over and now, after working woth Joolz, that will never happen.. she makes things fun and breaks down all the exercises into bite size chunks that even I can understand. We have found our shared love of cold water swimming and I can now say that not only is she an awesome trainer, she is also a very good friend xx

Joolz is a fantastic PT. She really her knows her stuff, and is able to inspire and encourage in a way that I've not had from a PT before.
While a lot of the work is naturally focused around the kettlebells, I enjoy the variety of workouts she programs, and the route to progression evident and built into these with varying focus on technique and challenges to build progress.
I started from what I thought was a decent base level of fitness but it is nothing compared to the potential! With an aim to improve, she has worked very hard to tailor a program that supports this and continually pushes me on.
Outside the exercises she is very down to earth and practical in her approach and the support she offers more broadly

Julia has been my PT at my gym for almost a year now and gave me the opportunity to start a kettlebell class with her, which of course I couldn’t refuse. I hadn’t worked with kettlebells before, so this was all new to me. Julia is the master of kettlebell!!!!! I had no idea how complex kettlebell work was, but Julia has mastered her craft, breaks it all down , shows you right from wrong, corrects every detail to be sure I am safe and doing it as I should. After just one session using a kettlebell, i was addicted to it. Just one piece of equipment and it does everything. I am not in anyway a fitness freak, but I love our kettlebell sessions, it’s so varied, Julia makes it so much fun, we work all areas of the body and all levels of fitness can achieve great things with just a kettlebell!!!!

Being a complete novice to kettlebells, Julia has been an amazing teacher, teaching me from scratch to now being able to correctly swing kettlebells in-succession. Julia’s knowledge of kettlebells is amazing, which she demonstrates with a wealth of knowledge. Julia has broke the whole routine down, so that each movement was correctly conducted, focusing on squats, swings, press, clean and snatch… along with mud drags too!!
Julia is extremely patient and demonstrates all the qualities of an excellent kettlebell instructor.

Julia is positive, knowledgeable and most importantly understanding. Her kettlebell classes are challenging but achievable and she is great at developing plans to suit all abilities. Highly recommended.

Julia has been the most supportive Insuctor. I am not a nartural fitness person to the point of avoidance, but her support and especially knowledge and skill has affected a mind change in me! Never used Kettle bells before, so all new and now I'm verging on being completely confident with them! My body has responded as much as I have- which s the obvious intention! Strongly recommend her support!
