Victoria hands down is the finest instructor I have ever had. If it was not for Victoria, I would never have survived the routines, the struggles (mental and physical), and the effort to get from one exercise to another. She focuses so much on an individual, you feel like you are the only one in the class. She has such a strong yet gentle spirit, making sure you understand the instructions, making sure you did the exercise correctly!!! Most instructors whip you through the program without really focusing on the right way to do the motion, making sure you are not hurt and you get it right!!! Victoria is so knowledgeable and shares that knowledge to whomever wants to learn and know. She enabled me to lose 25+ lbs and many, many inches!! And I have not even talked about Kettlebell - I am absolutely in love with the bells - again so focused on getting the right moves so you do not get hurt and you get the most of the workout. There will never be any one like her, she really is one of a kind - I missed her the moment she walked out of the gym. Our loss, is Colorado's gain - I wish her and all her clients the best !!! I can hear her voice in my head..."take a break if you need to, but never more than you have to". Miss her so much!!

Victoria is a very knowledgeable kettlebell instructor. She taught me how to use the kettlebells in the right way and safely. I love that she focusses on the technique, rather than on using a lot of weight or doing lots of reps. She has a good sense of humor, and never gets tired of telling you how to do it right and improve to reach your goals.
I had several one on one sessions with her. She taught me several exercises that I can do to improve my posture. We also worked with the kettlebells. I learned a lot, and now I feel much safer using them in other classes where we don’t have the time to focus on the technique. I am more aware of the muscles and parts of my body that I have to activate and use in every movement.
Victoria usually models and does the exercises with you. She shows you each exercise step by step and then watches you do it. She gives you detailed feedback on how to improve. She usually gives you tips so that you can remember the exercises easily and you can do them on your own. She will make modifications according to you needs.
Without a doubt Victoria is an exceptional trainer that I highly recommend.

It has been a real pleasure (and a lot of work!) training with Victoria for several reasons:
First, Victoria is very knowledgeable about the exercises that she asks you to perform. She doesn’t merely explain each exercise, but actually shows you how to do it, and tells you why and how it fits in with the other exercises she has planned for each workout.
Second, Victoria works with you at the level where you are. If on a given day you find that a certain exercise isn’t available to you due to a physical limitation or another reason, she always has an alternative exercise planned that is just as effective. It is plainly evident that she puts a great deal of thought into selecting the exercises she asks you to perform.
Lastly, Victoria is genuinely concerned about your progress and wellbeing. She is a patient teacher who takes the time to really listen to you and help you achieve your goals.
My personal goal for working with Victoria was to get stronger and lose weight. Eighteen months later, I am stronger, more flexible, and over sixty pounds lighter. If you want to achieve excellent progress in a constructive and positive way, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Victoria.

Victoria is by far the best trainer I ever worked with. She showed me the RIGHT way to use kettlebells and made sure my form was good. She provides great tips to remember in exercise workouts and makes the workouts fun. She is always patient and kind. I highly recommend her!

Victoria is my first endeavour in personal fitness. I never went to a gym and was intimidated by the thought of walking into one. Ten months ago I got really lucky when the manager of World gym gave my name to Victoria to be my fitness trainer. She is patient, persistent and has managed to keep me dragging kettlebells around month after month. I highly recommend.

What separates a good fitness instructor from a great one is the ability to really explain the moves. Victoria is an expert on kettlebells, but to me that's not as important as her ability to teach what she knows. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm have me really wanting to come to class. Can't recommend her enough!

I was skeptical at first because I had heard about people getting injured with kettlebells and then I met Victoria. She evaluates your strength, flexibility and coordination and works with you to develop a plan that's right for you, not a plan that everyone has to follow. I'm 53 and very flexible from yoga but needed to develop core strength. Each week she builds on what I have accomplished. I've never had core strength so she's been very patient! Bit by bit I'm starting to see a difference. And believe me, if she can work with me, she can work with anyone! I've tried a number of coaches in different types of strength and agility training because I hate what gravity has done to my body, but Victoria is the only one who's made a positive impact. Kettlebells and Victoria - that's the secret!

I have been working with Victoria to learn Russian style kettlebell exercises. She tailors each session to my specific needs, responds to questions in between sessions, and provides frequent encouragement. My posture and coordination have noticeably improved, and the kettlebell exercises translate to real-life skills that enable me to do heavy yard work safely and more easily. She ensures that all the training is done correctly and safely, and communicates very clearly.
I am a Rolfing® Structural Integration Practitioner, and have referred several of my clients to Victoria. I trust her to be able to develop a training program for each of them that will help them improve their posture, movement and body awareness. I have heard only praise for her from the clients I have referred.

Working out side by side with Victoria, has been of great pleasure. One of a kind workout...she makes every single session funner then the last I never get bored and always looking forward for the next session. Her professionalism, her great demeanor and the safe way she conducts the exercise routines are great, it has help me build up strength on upper and lower extremities, the combination of stretches, and exercises has help me have better body alignment. I had try many gyms and ways to loose wright and always failed, but Victoria has taught me an easier and funner way to do so. After trying several different work out routines, kettle bell has been the most beneficial and fun so far. I have been training with Victoria Kaus for nearly three months and I have gone down in waist size and built and toned all muscle groups. The focus on mobility, flexibility and core strength has improved various physiological aspects from my posture to my sleep habits. The classes are also fun. While utilizing the entire body with a broad variety of challenging and progressive excercises, I've not gotten bored or grown weary of this exercise routine.

I have been working with Victoria for 5 weeks now. She is helping me gain mobility in my shoulder. Since I have been under her guidance I have gained more mobility in my shoulder these past five weeks than I have in over 5 years. She is very professional,very dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. Her stretching exercises put you through the ringer but when all is said and done, very well worth the time. I would recommend her for anyone wanting to gain lost mobility or to enhance their own workout regiment.

I have been training with Miss. Kaus for the past two months. She is such a great trainer !!!!! She's so professional I already lost 15 lbs my back and hip injuries are going away my whole body is getting stronger.
