Love love love our kettlebell classes taught by Ingrid and Mike. Extremely patient instructors,and technique is an absolute priority. Can’t believe the amount of knowledge and expertise they each have and they are both so happy to share it. Their love of exercise keeps me motivated and super excited to work out with them.
