Had an opportunity to training with Glenn on a business trip to Florida. The location was beautiful, but the sand added a new level to training. The challenge with each technique was that if you had any imbalance before, the sand would not let you compensate. After the first 30 minutes Glenn had corrected flaws in my swing, snatch, and outlook on kettlebell training. If you have the chance drop in for a Saturday training session, you will be amazed with a new level of understanding.

Glenn is the best! We flew in to get training from him on Destin Beach and was amazed how great he was at teaching, and overall knowledge of kb! We highly recommend him! If you want results, dont look twice! Hes the man you want! Only wish we lived in destin to get more training from him!

My wife and I recently drove from New Orleans, to Destin, FL, to train KB's with Mr. Glenn Cruz. We met/trained with him on Destin Beach, and it was a beautiful day! He was very professional, generous, and knowlageable, and we were impressed with our 3 hr session. We both came away with more knowlage, and a new focus on where we want to go with our training.
If you're ever in the area, look him up, and go train with him down at the beach!
