10/10 Captain
By Chad Boudreau

After tearing a bicep and undergoing shoulder surgeries on each shoulder, I have been incapable of moving without pain for the last 3 years. As a carpenter, and training to become a firefighter I need my body to move in awkward positions and move well. Being thrown back to work without properly training the right muscles I was reinforcing bad patterns. Working with Captain has taught me functional movement, strength and stability in not only my shoulders, but every part of my body. He understands how the body works and explains how and why to exercise. I cannot express enough gratitude to him for not only getting rid of pain, but teaching me how to correctly train.

A/C Gomola organized a kettlebell seminar for firefighters. His goal was to help us be better suited for our job, enjoy a healthier life, and do so without injuries. His love and respect for his fellow firefighters was very clear, as was his passion for the RKC system. His understanding of the system, as well as human physiology along with his patient instruction style kept things interesting and fun (yet strenuous).
The instructors he brought in for the seminar were top of the line and really gave us a great workout along with the knowledge to keep it up on our own.
George, thank you for organizing the seminar and for setting us on course for a better, safer, healthier life.
10/10 A Great Instructor

George was a facilitator and instructor for a 2 day introductory RKC seminar geared towards firefighters. I am a 50 year old lifelong athlete, and 25 year career firefighter. My workout routines and sports are not doing what they used to do. I have "retired" from the contact sports that have known my whole life, and was looking for an appropriate physical challenge. After this weekend I know I have found a new and healthy direction for my fitness.
I can directly attribute this new found direction to George and the other instructors that lead us in this weekend's seminar. I am a trained and certified fire service instructor and I can appreciate the talent George possesses not only in his physical skill and knowledge in kettle bell training, but also greatly respect his teaching ability. George's enthusiasm and desire for student success shines through all aspects of his instruction. I can honestly recommend George as an instructor for anyone desiring the highest quality training possible.

After hitting my 30's I began to notice that my once tone firm body was beginning to loosen up. The problem I've always had with working out was I never stuck with a program before becasuse I got bored.
When Chief Gomola told me about the Kettlebell workout I was very interested. After the first lesson I was hooked! Chief Gomola is a great instructor. He keeps me interested and pushes me when I often just want to give up. Kettlebell is by far the BEST workout program I have even done and with the help of Chief Gomola I hope one day to master the program and some day even get certified to teach Kettlebell myself.
Thank you Chief for your help but most of all for having confidence in me.
