I have been working out with Frank for a year now and I have gained strength, endurance and flexibility I had never had before. The workouts are intense and challenging, but entertaining at the same time. Frank constantly is pushing his clients to there greatest potential. I have gained a tremendous amount physically and mentally since working out with Frank. He constantly pushes his clients so that they become the best at there respective sport and his work certainly does show in their success. Kettlebells are giving me an edge athletically that none of my opponents have. They are a fantastic exercise and there isn't an instructor out there better then Frank.

From day one Frank Navarro has put every ounce of passion in his body into his training of all his clients and making them as physically fit as possible. I had heard of kettlebells through a friend and gave Frank a call and from the first workout on I became an enthusiast. Frank is passionate about what he does and is always telling me about new workouts he's found online that he thinks will help me with lacrosse. Not only is his dedicated to improving all of his clients he is also a good friend. Frank is always asking about when and where I have sporting events and frequently comes to the games. He is a great instructor and an even better person. Everyday is a surprise because he is constantly thinking of new ways to challenge me. This allows every workout to exciting and i've never once been bored. I would highly recommend frank to anyone who's looking to increase their athleticism in a friendly supportive environment.

Im 16 years old and play 3 sports. I do track and play football and baseball.I was extremely overweight and out of shape when I started out with Frank. Frank has toned me out and gotten me in 10 times better shape then I ever thought imaginable. Frank is an amazing instructor, great coach and even better human being. You would have to be plain stupid to not give him a shot.

I have been working out with Frank for 6 months. He always brings something new to each session - never a dull moment. To maximize my fitness he has used a weighted jump rope, power wheel, parachute, sled with a harness, stadium bleachers, abdominal ball and of course an assortment of kettle bells.
Frank individualizes each workout to help me reach my goals. Recently,we have been focusing on exercises that will improve my downhill skiing this winter.
Frank's passion for kettle bells and training people shows through at all times. He pushes me to improve but also is very concerned about safety and taking it one step at a time. He is always willing to meet me any day, any time. Most of my workouts are at 530am and Frank is always prepared and energetic to keep me motivated. I am 46 years old and thanks to Frank and kettle bells I am healthy, strong and fit.

I am a 52 year old woman, and have , along with my husband, been an avid social ballroom dancer for about 10 years. This past year I had knee surgery and that really affected my activity level. I had put on weight and did not have much energy. I had restricted my dancing, my favorite form of exercise, for several months before my surgery, and then during the recovery period.
At the suggestion of my husband, I started
working out with Frank and the Russian Kettle Bells and it has been so effective for me! After about six weeks, I've lost ten pounds and gained so much strength and energy.
I feel and look better, and I'm always surprised at what I can achieve during a workout, and how good I feel afterward.
I am really enjoying getting back out on the dance floor and guess what? The new spring in my step is the result of Russian Kettle Bell training with Frank Navarro.

I broke my ankle during the my senior football season and was inactive for over three months. In that time I gained more than 20 pounds. After rehabbing I started working with Frank again and within a month I had lost all the weight I had put on and more. I feel stronger and faster than ever.
I truly believe that Frank can transform anyone into a better athlete with a little hard work and dedication. He is the best trainer I have ever had and his impact on me and my athletic career has been priceless.

This quote can pretty much sum up Frank Navarro. I say this because this man actually believes, and has proven to himself (and anyone that trains with him or sees him work out) that it is true. Reagardless of his age, Frank has unrivled strength, particulary with the kettlebeels, surpassed only by his ridiculous work ethic and motivation.
Frank was quick to instill this work ethic and motivation in me, and the progess he has propelled me to make is incredible. In just 13 sessions I have gained 11 pounds of muscle. Playing basketball I feel worlds more athletic, with noticable increases in speed, vertical jump, quickness, and lateral movement both on the floor and in the air. As far as baseball goes, the results are even better. I am throwing way faster with increased stamina and the bat "feels like a toothpick", as Frank would say.
The abnormal additional skill of Frank's is going beyond the call of duty for a trainer. Along with the great results in baseball and basketball as well as strength, athleticism, and health in general, Frank is a great mentor. Being a Junior in high school, Frank knows that I'm going to want to have fun, but he also points out that fun can come just as easily without doing things that can negatively effect your work out results and general well being. He makes it very clear that if you want to achieve certain athletic goals, drinking, drugs, staying out late, etc. must be sacrificed...and with the results you achieve after trying this philosophy out for a few weeks, you realize he is right on.
In my opinion, Frank is simply the best around. He is a great trainer and a great man, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I have always "worked-out," exercised at a gym, and have danced(ballet and tap) most of of my life. I have always been healthy, lean, fairly fit, and in good shape. However, I have been working out with Frank and Kettle Bells for 4 months and I am NOW in the best shape of my life! My core is much stronger and my cardiovascular endurance has increased tremendously. I've noticed significant changes in my body and others have commented on the changes in my body as well. I had worked out at gyms and with other trainers and had no problem deciding not to go, it was not motivating enough for me. Once noticing the results of family and friends that train with Frank, I knew it was something I wanted to try. Their body transformations are absolutely amazing!! My sister-in-law invited me to join a workout and try Kettle Bells. After just one session with Frank I was so inspired I decided that was it for me, no turning back! Anthony challenged me to try working out with Frank and Kettle Bells, I hesitated at first, but after a year of working out with him,I haven't looked back. I have ALWAYS hated exercising, did my dutiful walking the dog, to keep my weight down, but once I started working out with Frank, I noticed such a change and I have never looked back!! I've been training with Frank for two years and highly recommend him and kettlebells for women. The combination of his impressive knowledge of kettlebell workouts and techniques, his personal skill with them, his teaching skills, and his long-time involvement with sports, fitness and training make him an outstanding instructor.
Frank is a skilled fitness trainer with a 6th sense for knowing my capabilities and limits. He knows how far to push because it's needed, and when to say stop. He has a remarkable eye for correct form and any deviations from it, and can fine-tune it. His systematic introduction of new exercises makes both my training sessions with him and my personal workouts challenging, interesting and physically rewarding. The personal training I receive from Frank makes a big difference in my performance.
When I began training with him two years ago I was recuperating from hypothyroidism that went undiagnosed for way too long. That meant that my muscles had turned to "mush," I had no endurance and I'd gained weight. I had been working on these problems, but results were slow in coming. That changed rapidly once I started kettlebell training with Frank. With his help and understanding of where I was starting from, I've built core and all-over muscle strength, improved my cardiovascular endurance, agility and coordination, and lost weight. I feel great and am in better shape than I've ever been in, and I owe it to kettlebells and Frank. He's a great trainer and I highly recommend him!
10/10 Stronger and More Fit with Kettlebells

I am in my early 60's and have been interested in fitness and training for 25+ years. My weight training has been pretty consistent and was primarily free weights using the big compound exercises (squat, dead lift, bench press). Although interested in fitness, my wife is lucky if she can make it to the gym twice a week.
Frank gave a talk to the Wellness Committee at our company about kettlebell training some months ago. My wife and I were looking for something to do together, and we decided to train with Frank. My wife and I were at different levels of strength and fitness, but we were both beginners. Frank has been able to make each session challenging for her and for me, give us each plenty to work on, and we always leave each session feeling energized and eager for our next session.
When we decided to buy kettlebells to use at home, Frank helped each of us choose the best weight, and advised us what exercises we could safely do at home and which ones we should do only when training with him to spot us. He constantly stresses safety, which has given us more confidence when working out at home.
Frank is a great instructor. His passion for the benefits of kettlebell training and his expertise in fitness and strength training generally make working with him a terrific experience for both of us. Frank never watches the clock. Even after only several months of training, my wife and I are each stronger, note positive changes in our bodies, and remain enthusiastic to continue our kettlebell training with Frank. Top marks all around for Frank!
10/10 Great Instructor - Great Workout

I am 58 and have been weight training for many years. I had heard of Kettlebells in the past but had never had an opportunity to either see them or use them. When that opportunity arose recently and I tried them for the first time, I realized that it was imperative to to have a good instructor from the beginning. I found Frank through the Dragon Door site and my wife and I called him to start us on a course of training. We have been involved in fitness training for many years and found Frank to be the best trainer we have ever come across. Not only is he an expert in Kettlebells, he has the fundamental knowledge necessary to both understand and teach Kettlebells. After just a few weeks of training, both my wife and I have noticed a substantial increase in our core strength as well as significant gains in our cardiovascular endurance as well. I can not recommend Frank highly enough. He is superb in all respects.

Frank has always wanted to make my friend Matt and I "monsters," in other words he wanted us to be so strong to pull away from other athletes in our area because kettlebells make us so strong. I have never felt this good in my entire life, and I have never been able to hit a baseball harder in my life. Frank has always pushed me to my limits, and to strive for perfection, and I can't thank him enough for it. Kettlebells, and Frank Navarro, have made me stronger then I have ever felt before, or free weights could have ever made me. For example, I don't bench press I never do, but it seems to be the universal bench mark in weight lifting. When my friends ask me where or what I work out with, I say kettlebells, they have no clue what I am talking about. So the next question comes, "how much do you bench?," the next thing that happened surprised them all, I said I have never done it, but let's find out. I sat down, and I benched 220 lbs 3 times without a problem. Kettlebells make you stronger in more ways then anyone can imagine, and mixing Frank in with that just makes you more motivated, and allows you to push yourself further. I have gained 37 lbs of muscle in one year, I weighed 150 when I started kettlebells, one year later at 18 I weigh 187, and I'm pushing for 200 by the end of the summer. So when your looking for a trainer, and what to work out with, go with no one else but Frank Navarro, and the results you get are insane.

I an a Professional Fire Fighter in Portland, Maine at PWM. I'm now 50 years old and feel stronger than I've ever been because of kettlebells and Franks guidance, who's spirit radiates the meaning of "Courage Corner". Frank, (aka Coach) is a class-A kettlebell instructor who's coaching skills are beyond reproach. His ever present persona constantly notices subtle mistakes even most professional might never catch. When Coach was instructing me, he noticed a slight error in my breathing when I was pumping out a bunch of snatches. I adapted my breathing per his kind suggestions and noticed a two-fold increase in the total number of snatches performed. His attention to detail and proper technique is second to none. Because of the inspiration he exudes, I am bound and determined to do 50 snatches each arm with just one swap. As Coach always tells me, "If you think you can, you will. If you think you can't, you won't".

Courage Corner is not only the firehouse where we work, but it's also the training area where Frank instructed all of us in Russian Kettlebell use.
