Kettlebells have been a great program for me. I feel like I have personal trainer in Dawn and everyone else in the class. It feels like a special family, support group and a wonderful bunch of friends. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I have lost pounds and inches and gone down at least one if not two sizes. I am always inspired to do better and be better when I go to classes. Love to go to kettlebells. Love dragon walks!

When I met Dawn I had purchased a kettlebell DVD to do at home. I must say after having my 1st session with Dawn I gave the DVD away. Dawn taught me the correct form and how to get the most out of my kettlebell workouts. Dawn also is very helpful in healthy eating habits. She has her own site "Eat Well be Strong".....which is extremely knowledgeable. Nothing compares to having one on one training with an instructor who cares and gives 100%. Dawn knows her "Kettlebell".

My husband and I have been working with Dawn for several months and I am overwhelmed at how blessed we are to have found her. She not only is the best possible physical coach but also a nutritional and a life coach who cares deeply for each one of us and week to week designs each class to fit our needs, sometimes minute by minute. I believe that we are her oldest clients so our many physical challenges are her challenges and she meets them well! She always makes us believe we can do anything and her enthusiasm makes us want to do it, as well. We feel complely safe with her. She's extraordinarily strong and supple and demonstrates every move, showing alternative moves for each one of us when needed, which is most of the time! Bill calls her "Iron Lady". We couldn't ask for anyone better

Dawn has shown me that there is more to working out than just lifting weights. The added benefit she provides regarding diet recommendations have also been fantastic. The streching she has shown us makes all the difference in the world for me. I had minor but annoying joint pain in my shoulder and knees before, but over the past year I have not had even the slightest ache.
I must say the primary reason I personally stick to kettlebells is Dawn's personality and her energy. She can really get you feeling good about yourself and positively encourage you to move in the best direction for your highest fitness and health condition.
As long as Dawn will train me, I willl be there.

As an avid fitness buff and always looking for a challenge, I found Dawn to be the "one & only" trainer that is a complete package. She has the strength, knowledge and is truly the perfect motivator. I came to her in search of help during that middle age crisis, looking for a solution because my normal fitness routines were failing to keep up with my changing body. I needed someone to explain, guide, teach and keep me focused on my goals. Dawn goes out of her way to do all she can. She's a gifted person and loves to share her expertise. She simplifies your workout and always changes it up to be interesting, fun & effective. Highly recommend kettlebells as your main workout and Dawn as your trainer. Dawn's coaching has changed the way I workout, the way I eat and the even the way I think about health and wellness. She has given me strength beyond what I thought I possessed, consistency that I was desperately searching for, and a much needed outlet for stress relief. Dawn is a great instructor who pays attention to proper form for great results. In addition, Dawn is very motivational and genuinely cares for each and every student. I personally have been doing kettlebells for 6-7months 2-3 times per week and have noticed maintainance of weight with almost complete loss of "love handles" with increased energy and focus during the day. In addition, I can play rounds of golf without any low back strain now. I feel kettlebells have definitely increased core strength and functional muscle strength.

I have only been going to Dawn's kettlebell training for one month...and I find it amazing!! Dawn is an awesome trainer and really puts you through your paces. I haven't worked out for quite awhile and I have to admit it was tough getting back at it! The kettlebell training is really great and Dawn truely does make every day and every work out different. I have to admit its a love, hate, love relationship, I love going to class, while I'm working my tail off to keep up with all the others I wonder what the heck I'm doing, and then I leave and love how I feel. Although I haven't been going for long I already see a change in my posture, arms and abs!! OK right now its love!!

I started working with Dawn in October with the goal of looking good in my wedding dress this fall. I tend to get bored with exercise and lose interest quickly. Let me tell you.... that sure hasn't happened with this class! Dawn's classes are fun, challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all in one. Every class is different. You never know what is in store for you when you walk in the door. My strength has increased and my clothing sizes have decreased! I'm stronger than I have ever been and loving every minute of it. When I get married I will have a year of working with Dawn under my belt and have complete confidence that I will ROCK that strapless wedding dress thanks to
Dawn and Kettlebells!!!!!!

Visiting friends & family in New England, I looked up Dawn, and I'm glad I did. She is operating in a cool, old brick mill along the river in Chicopee. I joined in what I believe was an intermediate or advanced, group class. The class was all women except for me. I was impressed that there are no mirrors, and everyone trains barefoot. The women did excellent Turkish get-ups and windmills, and crisp, snappy swings. The main course of the session was a very challenging, timed circuit of kettlebell complexes and bodyweight exercises, Dawn adjusting and reminding on points of technique. It was a fun class, with a lot of sweating and laughing. The women used respectably heavy kettlebells, no slacking here. Dawn fully understands RKC/Hardstyle principles and applies them with great skill. If you are in Western MA I highly recommend training with her.

I was looking for an activity that would provide some strenth training in addition to my weekly cardio workouts.The gym machines were becoming a bit stale when I saw Dawn's advertisement for a weekend class at my gym. The Kettle bells intrigued me and I have not been disappointed. Dawn is a fabulous instructor. Not only is she patient in making sure everyone is using the correct techniques, she manages to individualize the class for each and every participant. Between providing instruction and making sure we all work to our capacity, she manages to discuss nutrition,and how to maintain overall health,flexibility and strength. When class is over, I can not believe how much we have worked out and learned in just one hour.I,too, leave with muscles tired but full of energy! My balance, posture and body awareness has improved so much working with Dawn.I look forward to every class!

I had been out of the gym for about 3 years - I had lost my passion for working out. I was closing in on 50 and felt that it was time to relax. My doctor thought otherwise and was constantly suggesting that I get active again (and soon!). I saw Dawn's advertisement for her Kettlebells class - it sounded interesting so I went to my first class. I was the only male student. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. The workout was incredible - a combination of weight training, stretching, and cardio. After each workout, I feel fantastic - invigorated! It's rekindled my passion for exercise. I had a follow-up appointment with my doctor last week - he called me his "poster patient" because of the improvements. My weight is down and my blood work is headed in the right direction. Thank-you Dawn!! I am a Kettlebell believer.

Having a busy schedule I found myself not working out as much as I had in the past. I did not like how my body was looking and how I was feeling because of this. Then a friend asked me if I wanted to try a Kettlebell class with Dawn at our local gym. I thought it sounded interesting so I tried. After one class I was hooked. It has been several months now and I truly look forward to heading to her class. Dawn structures the class so that every muscle group is worked for a total body workout. I leave there my muscles exhausted, but my body and mind invigorated. She gives great tips not just on Kettlebell technique and form, but on nutrition, posture and overall health. She demonstrates several ways to perform each exercise so that everyone in the class can benefit from the workout, amateurs and the more experienced clients as well. Dawn in fantastic and I am glad to have her as my Kettlebell instructor!

I have tried many types of fitness workouts over the years, but have yet to find anything that has been as fun and quickly effective as Kettlebells. Because I have lived a traditionally sedate lifestyle and was intimidated by the thought of a work out that involved personal instruction, I was nervous about the first class! Dawn listened and heard what my goals are and applied her passion and knowledge to showing me how to work towards them. The personal instruction is exactly what I have been needing. Dawn introduced me to Kettlebell training. I do not feel intimidated or inferior, but informed and motivated. I learn so much in every session and enjoy applying the new information throughout the week. I love the workout Kettlebells provide. Through Dawn's meticulous instruction, my body is getting stronger everyday.
