10/10 I've been training under Chris for 5 years

I've worked with trainers for about 12 years now. The last 5 have been with Chris. He is by far the best trainer I've ever had. I'm a competition grappler and cyber security consultant that travels constantly. Chris is a master of the human body and always has a training plan the directly addresses my current goals and ailment. This is constantly evolving and he adapts accordingly. For a while I wanted to get big and ripped and he accommodated, then I needed flexibility and rehab stretching due to 25+ hours of air travel per week and now I'm focused on conditioning for jujitsu tournaments. Without Chris I would not be in shape and able to operate at peek performance at work or on the mat. I'm in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to Chris. Chris, if you're reading this thank you for being awesome!!!

Hi, my name is Leila. I started training with Chris years ago. It started off just wanting to shed some pounds. Of course that led to strength training to muscle toning, which turned me into a cardio-addict. What i like most about Chris that no other trainer I have experienced offers to their clients is that he takes his time explaining each movement in a work-out session. Educates his clients with nutritional value, muscle groups, & equipment. If you have an injury, he is researching every muscle group & excercise routine to help repair & get it back to working motion again. Chris is definately one to try it out first before you do it too. All his workout homework asssignments is cost efficient. You not going out spending tons of money on equipment you are barely going to use. Now with a bundle on the way, which changed my entire workout routine i know with Chris experience, education, & dedication to a healthy lifestyle, he goes beyond the average trainer to make sure exercise routines are safe, nutrition is on point, & as a client I get my $$ worth for each session. Chris is definately the man you want as your trainer!

I have been an athlete for over 30 years, which includes the Special Operations community. I suffered numerous injuries due to an explosion and Chris's knowledge, compassion and drive to be better has helped me more than anything else. Chris truly understands human anatomy and physiology, fitness and lifting, and can truly change workouts and customize to the individual. It is not the typical BS dogma from the 99% who are simply repeating what they saw or read some place. I highly recommend Chris to anyone, whether you are new to fitness and lifting or a 30+ year veteran like myself. Thanks for everything, Chris!!

Chris does a fantastic job explaining how and when to do things and what it does for you. He is able to break things down very simply so it's easy to understand and apply. He is very knowledgeable in a lot of areas as well. He also practices everything he preachers which is awesome.
10/10 Best trainer I've come across

After spending almost 2 decades in gyms, Chris is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I've come across. I'm a nationally ranked and national record holding SHW powerlifter and like(ed) to think I know a lot about my craft. Chris made me realize how small my knowledge on movement and lifting actually was. He is like a walking encyclopedia on anything movement related. He's helped me fix my movement patterns and become a better lifter. Every session I get to speak with him I learn at least 3 new things. I would recommend Chris to anybody who wants to take training serious. The personal trainers you would get at your local globo gym are like pre schoolers compared to Chris who is like a damn professor!
10/10 Super ninja warrior barbell skillz yo!

Chris is my miyagi. The universe had us first cross paths at golds gym. I was in a part of my life where I needed to work on some dysfunctions and trim some fat at the same time. Chris nailed it. From then on I just followed him to where ever he was setup at. I have been working with him for about 4 years now. Whatever phase I am going through Chris adapts to my warrior needs:) I have a tendency to do too much sometime. Chris being my miyagi I tell him all the craziness that was going on in the week and if we needed to change something in my workout he's able to adapt to whatever the heck my body is shouting. I don't like to do things I don't enjoy so Chris adds things into my training that I enjoy and also adds in stuff I need. Good balance.
Chris has a lot of knowledge on a lot of subjects especially food and I love food. I will probably work with him till one of us croaks. I am glad to have him as my miyagi on this journey called life. He is a great mentor, friend, sensei, who could bring out the super hero in the people who really want it. If your dedicated he will be too to the fullest. I am very blessed to have him part of my tool box of professionals to help me physically and mentally to be the best damn barbell ninja geisha warrior ever. Capow! Enjoy the journey folks its work it!

Hi, My name is Elizabeth. I met Chris through a friend referral during my personal training internship. I asked him if I can come in to shadow some sessions. I learned so much during the two hours I was with him and his clients that later I asked to train with him. It's amazing what he has helped me achieve in my personal life as well as my development into the fitness professional I am today. He helped me to get stronger; with the correct use of barbells, kettlebells, and other gym equipment. He also helped me to lose fat, and move effectively and fast to compete in tennis tournaments. He then trained me all through my pregnancy (which helped me to safely deliver and recover postpartum with my first son). Now, I meet with him for his amazing mentorship and sharpening my own skill sets to also be an amazing coach to others. Chris helped me not only to achieve my physical strength and life goals but he also guided me to achieve and overcome mental and emotional barriers, and to take the skills learned to help others as well. Chris, is by far an amazing coach to train and learn from.
10/10 My review of Chris

Hi, my name is Chris Eddy, and I've been strength training since 2012. I met Chris through Starting Strongman several years ago. He actually contacted me to ask of my experiences as a firefighter/paramedic, what stressors are common, and my thoughts on how best to train for the stressors because at the time I believe he was training a fire cadet. We hit it off very well and we'll frequently talk about training and training related things to this day. Chris has taught me volumes, and I'll often jot down what we talk about. He has helped me with stress management, nutrition, recovery, programming and alternates to exercises my injuries limit me from doing as well as many other things.
Unfortunately I live many states away from Las Vegas, and therefore can't train with Chris, but I would hands down budget the money to train with him if I lived near him. If I ever make my way out west, I'll be visiting his gym and seeing if I can train for a day with him.
