Brian is the best KB coach, motivator and educator out there! He will not only assist the client and develop and implement awesome thorough KB programs, but he is excellent at technique and can assist the personal trainer as well! Brian and I have been callueges as fitness experts for years and I will go to Brian when I need to learn more KB programs or just need a refresher! Brain is the best and I recommend him to anyone that wants a great fitness program!!!!

I recommend Brian Wright to anyone seeking personal training, without any reservations.

As a triathlete and marathoner, I was plagued with a few injuries and frustrated by plateaus in weight loss, speed and performance. Brian helped me incorporate strength training to my routine and it has done wonders! I am in the best shape I've ever been and feel STRONG! I've shaved minutes over race times, improved mobility, strength and overall fitness. People now constantly ask me what I've done to get get stronger, faster, and leaner over the past year...the answer is always simple, I started working with Brian Wright.

I had the opportunity to go through Level II training with Brian, and made out better because of him. I struggled throughout the training, yet Brian kept encouraging me, working with me, and looking for improvements in my technique.

I would not have passed Level II technique testing without Brian's guidance.

Brian has very good techniques to teach me to swing and snatch the kettlebell. His exercise programs, the combination of various kettlebell work-outs, keep every session fresh and challenging. He also carefully watches me for my safety. With Brian, You will train hard and have a good time. Plus, he checks your eating once in a while which makes you aware how good/bad your current eating habit is. I have so much fun, I am stronger than ever before, and my body is leaning out.

I am a 44-year old woman who had reconstructive knee surgery in 1982 (torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus). I have arthritis and a limited range of motion in my "bad" knee. Due to the issues with my knee, I wanted to find a personal trainer who was certified through the NSCA.

Brian is an outstanding personal trainer who uses kettlebells during my metabolic workouts. He has taught me how to properly use kettlebells ("pop your hips"), encourages me when I struggle ("you can do it... big rest coming"), and always reminds me to use good form when I am getting tired ("stay tight").

Brian's workouts are very challenging and I am always drenched in sweat because I usually burn over 700 calories each session. He is also very good at pushing me past my self-imposed limits.

After working with him for 10 sessions my arms are more defined, I have reduced the fat around my lower stomach, and my glutes are strong. I can now do pull-ups and recently I push-pressed a 30 lb kettlebell.

This guy is awesome. I have been with him for 11 weeks now and I have made some amazing progress. He not only challenges you when you are training with him he makes you challenge yourself when your not. If you are thinking about a trainer, RKC on not, this is your guy.
