Since starting with Blair last spring, it is clear that I have improved in several cases. My performance has unquestionably been enhanced with Blair's knowledge. My running technique, strength and explosiveness, as well as eating habits have all improved and therefore produced an overall better athlete. All of my progress is evident through my performance in the gym and on the field. I owe all of this to Blair as he has taught me good eating habits and personally worked with me during workouts and MAT. Thanks for everything Blair.

I trained with Blair for almost 2 years throughout high school. Blair not only showed me different ways to improve my speed and body awareness, but he made me understand how to maintain these results on my own. He introduced me to the Kettle Bell and I have never felt a better work out. Blair has more knowledge than any other trainer I've ever encountered and he is constantly learning the newest and best ways to improve his clients. Blair IS the future of athletic training.

Blair Ferguson is truly the best personal trainer that I have ever encountered. It is refreshing to have someone coach you with the knowledge Blair holds. When I learn more about my body from a trainer than with my own doctor you know your in good hands. Blair has always advanced his knowledge in fitness and nutritional techniques and passed that on to his clients. A few years ago I would have never known about or understood the benefits to using KB's. Other trainers had no clue as to what they even where. I highly recommend the best of best athletes to the average Joe's like myself to seek Blair to reach your highest fitness potential!!!

I have known Blair since childhood and I have had the pleasure of watching him grow from a competitor on the court and field into a walking book of knowledge and application for all athletic activities through his thirst to better himself and others around him. It is nice to know you can call someone and get an honest answer concerning your question and an accurate demonstration of technique. Blair easily relates to athletes, as well as, non-athletes because he is an athlete moreover, he is a student of the game not just a player in the fitness world.

I began using kettlebells (KBs) when Blair introduced them to me a few years ago. I thought it was interesting and added a variation at first but I began to notice progressive changes. The get ups, swings, and throws, just to list a few, have enabled me to become more explosive, have better grip strength, and most of all perform better in all activities I participate in. I honestly cannot state enough how appreciative I am for his contribution to my level of fitness and knowledge base.

I attended Blair's kettlebell workshop today and was amazed at how little my strength mattered in the absence of real technique. As a personal trainer, I can now see that the kettlebell should be a part of all my clients' training programs and I intend to attend as many of Blair's workshops as possible so that I can learn to use and teach this incredibly valuable tool. Blair's knowledge of biomechanics and the techniques behind explosive athletic strength is truly impressive. If you have a chance to attend one of his workshops, don't miss it!

I have recently had the privilege of training with Blair. He provided me with an introduction to kettlebell training, taught me the fundamentals and techniques to properly handle the bell, as well as how to do various exercises and movements. Blair was very professional and very personable. He has a wonderful way of correcting and fixing your movements while still making you feel like you are doing a good job. Working with Blair and learning about the kettlebell has changed my outlook on fitness. He has activated my love for kettlebells and has made me anxious to learn about and train with them as much as possible. He clearly knows his stuff and it is a treat to be able to watch him use the bell with such ease.

As a fellow trainer I am constantly impressed with the depth of Blair's knowledge but even more impressed with his humility in remaining open to learning more. After bouncing around to various trainers throughout my athletic career, I can honestly say my body has never felt this great. Not only have I noticed improvements on the baseball field but also my health and well being has benefited tremendously since working with Blair Ferguson. He has emphasized the importance of injury prevention and has shed a whole new light of proper eating habits. Learning how the body works is vital to one's success and that is something most trainers do not stress, not Blair though. Constantly pushing his clients and getting the most out of us day in and day out is something you can always count on with Blair. After a little less than a year of training with him I wouldn???t consider Blair my trainer but as a lifelong friend and mentor.

I have been training with Blair Ferguson for 7 years. He has proven to be hands down the best trainer I have worked with. His vast knowledge of physical fitness and nutrition has continued to improve and become more abundant, therefore making him more useful to clients seeking an all around lifestyle change. Just recently, Blair introduced me to kettlebells. His way of teaching complex techniques in a simplified manner really makes it easy to get the best results from my training. Using the techniques that Blair has taught me, I have gone from novice to experienced in the practice of kettlebells. He has helped me to increase my strength, endurance, and technique in only 4 months. Although i live in Oklahoma City, I travel to the LA area frequently throughout the year to continue my training. When i first met Blair 3 summers ago, i was out of shape with weak ankles and a messed up arm which are two bad things to have as a college baseball player. Since meeting Blair i have been in the best shape of my life and it is still getting better with the continual knowledge, of how the body works, that Blair provides other clients and myself with. Since Blair has worked with us using the kettle bells and doing some body flow i have never felt more explosive and in-tune with what my body is doing.

Before meeting Blair I had no prior experience with Kettle Bells and was one of those individuals who thought they knew it all. Well, since that time Blair has increased my endurance, strength, and power with his programs and nutrition advice. Since beginning my training I have lost 10lbs and feel great. I've never had more energy without the help of energy drinks or coffee, which I have also eliminated from my diet by the way. With the addition of Kettle Bells into my workout program I feel strong in places that I felt vulnerable before. Being a jiu jitsu fighter, I need to be in top condition in each area of fitness. He customizes workouts for each of his client's needs, moving fluidly from working with teenage baseball players, to hockey players, to aging baby boomers, continually refining and improving his techniques to match his clients' needs. His attention to both physical training and nutrition is both informed and inspired. My family, from the 16 year old ice hockey player to the 58 year old aging baby boomer, have all benefited greatly from his training.
