10/10 Excellent Trainer

I needed a kettlebell trainer to help me correct my form and show me proper use of the kettlebell, basically to supplement the Enter the Kettlebell book. So I chose Anton because he was a Staten Island guy who also trained in NJ (I just moved from SI to NJ). He was great and strict and really helped me with a few things I was doing wrong. I will be training with him in the future to make certain my progress is correct and proper. I highly recommend him.

I am a 38 year old Dad of 2 that in years past had worked out 5-6 days a week. I had not worked out in years other than the occasional guilt visit to the gym. I played high school and college football and considered myself pretty fit. And then I met Anton! The kettlebell workout was not only the best workout I ever had but also one of the most enjoyable. It wasn't the same old boring workout at the gym. After 5 classes I lost an inch in my waist. After 2 months, 3 days a week, I had lost 2 inches and 16 pounds. The workout is intense but fun and the support of others in the class goes a long way. People at work noticed the difference right away. I feel stronger, more energetic, and less stressed. Definitely recommend the class to anyone who wants to see results right away.

I am a 37 year old mother of two. I was working out at the gym trying to lose the baby weight that had plagued me for years. I would try everything. I went to one of Anton's workshops and was instantly hooked. It was awkward at first but after 3 sessions and Anton's encouragement and patience I was enjoying one of the best workouts of my life. I've been with Anton since January (3x's a week) and I look forward to every class. He makes it fun, challenging, and encourages you to work harder and push yourself. He asks what your looking to accomplish and after 1 month I saw the difference and so did everyone else. I lost inches first then 12 pounds and now my whole body is ripped. (I feel like Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2).

When Anton became employed at the Atlantic Club I had already been working there almost 2 years.
I decided after sometime watching him work with clients and Kettlebells that I would ask him to give me a training session.
This is not something I normally do but I was intrigued by them and liked how he paid attention with his clients and corrected their form when appropriate.


I met him in one of the studios where he had already set up the Kettlebells we were going to use for my session, I was a little anxious as this was something new for me.
Anton had a plan written out on paper to customize the workout around information I had given him on my physical goals and any injuries I had suffered in the past that might hinder my performance in a given exercise. I was quite impressed by this as so many trainers I have worked with in the past do not take this into consideration risking injury.
Well, we got started and as I followed Anton's clear precise instructions giving him feedback as to how I was feeling and what area of the body I was feeling the exercise work.
Whenever I posed a question, Anton was able to answer them great detail and knowledge.

It was a fantastic workout that I felt for days and would definately train with him again no doubt.

Anton is a phenomenal Kettlebell instructor who is precise and knowledgeable in his chosen modality of fitness and training. Whenever I have been asked "who should I train with in Kettlebells?" I always recommend Anton as my first choice.

As someone who has always considered himself "Athletic: I thought I knew how to workout efficiently. throughout my months with Anton, I learned a trmendous amount about how to make the most of my workouts. He got me motvated not only because I was trying new techniques with kettlebells, but also because I really saw results right away! These days, a gym membership can be a real luxury, and it's important to make the most of it. I am very satisfied with my personal training sessions with Anton at the Atlantic Club in Red Bank.

I've been working out with different trainers for 6+ years. After watching Anton's kettlebell workout for a few weeks, I starting working out with him about 8 months ago. He is extremely knowledgable and focused on creating a workout program that fits what you want to accomplish.

We have been doing mostly kettlebells and core with some aerobic exercises worked in and it has been great. I think that his workout's are very well suited for increasing metabolism and taking off pounds. The program is very complementary with other types of workouts on off days: spin, eliptical, treadmill, lifting. I have found very few workouts that both raise my heart rate and build muscle mass, but kettle bells with Anton has worked.

In Jaunary we are taking it up a notch, working on the 10 in 2010. The challenge I have given Anton is to help me lose 10% of my bodyweight and lower my body fat by 10%. I am confidient that Anton can meet that challenge. Overall, he is the best trainer I have worked with and I highly recommend him.

I have been training with Anton for the past year. When I started my training I was a very reluctant participant. However, after about a month of training I knew that I was working with the right trainer.

Anton's passion and commitment to exercise and the kettlebells is infectious. From day one he had me working with the kettlebells and in no time at all I could tell a difference; I was stronger, had more energy and I actually started to lose weight.

Anton is always there to offer encouragement. As the year progressed, the kettlebells got heavier and the results began to become more and more noticeable. With each and every change Anton was always certain to make sure that safety was the number one priority.

If you are looking to work with a dedicated professional who is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fitness then Anton is the trainer for you.

My experience working with Anton was better than I could have imagined. A good trainer is one that is effective, knowledgeable, and patient; Anton is hands down an excellent trainer. He was very focused on what I had asked of him but also very realistic in expectations of what I was capable of achieving. In the end I was able to achieve almost everything I set out for because of Anton's help. In addition to being extremely patient while teaching me routines, he always went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable doing them on my own. He is very approachable and made himself readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend training with Anton. He is a fantastic instructor and takes the time to ensure that you are doing the exercises properly and thoroughly. He has a great personality and pushes you to do the best that you can. Each training session incorporated new and exciting exercises. There were never two exact sessions. He is constantly learning new exercises and routines to share with his clients. And the results are fantastic. The combination of weights and cardio help to burn fat without making you bulky.

I work at the gym with Anton and after talking with him about kettlebells I decided to do some one on one sessions with him. He started out with the basics and made sure that I had perfect form before moving on to more difficult movements. At first it was a bit frustrating because I was learning something completely new to me. He was very encouraging and broke down every movement so that I understood how to do each exercise. I am now totally hooked and plan on training with kettlebells at least two times a week to change up my exercise routine. It was a great experience and I plan on training with him again in the future. He's the best! :)

I trained with Anton for 3 months at the Atlantic Club in Red Bank (3 days a week). I was looking to get toned and gain strength and muscle. Anton's training focussed on getting me there.

I loved the variety of work outs Anton used-which never made training boring for me! I would always look forward to the session and go home satisfied. Anton definitely understands the different techniques and how to make working with weights fun and yet achieve results.

I moved back home to Boston after 3 months and unfortunately had to stop training. Training with Anton was one of the few great things I will remember about NJ!

I am a 57 year old former body builder who stopped lifting in 2004 to persue golf.Between the years 2004 and 2007 i gained 30 unwanted pounds.I joined the Atlantic Club in 2007 with the hope of losing the weight and regaining muscle.After a year of working on my own i hadn't lost the weight.In 2008 i met Anton who was training a gal with funny looking weights shaped like bells.Curious i asked Anton if he would give me a few sessions on the use of the bells called kettle bells.After our first session i was hooked.Six months later of working out with Anton i lost the weight,gained miscle mass and especially endurance.I have never felt better thanks to my life changer Mr, Anton.

Anton has a bunch of friends; some are 16 kg, some are 24 kg,
some are smaller, some are larger. No matter, these friends are
called "kettlebells" and Anton's knowledge of how they can increase
your power, explosiveness, and overall level of conditioning is
nothing short of incredible. Anton's view on fitness is, in some
ways, radically different and far more advanced than that of
the status quo. His training creates a better balanced athlete
with less susceptibility to injury, and his attention to proper
technique sets him apart from other trainers. He is also
patient and a good judge of what training regiment is
beneficial for a particular person.

Training with him will strengthen your body and mind, and you will
see physical fitness in a refreshing new way.

I am a 38 year old mother of two who was fed up with her workout routine. I could not loose that last bit of baby weight; no matter how many miles I ran or how may spin classes I took. I met with Anton about 5 months ago and he completely changed my approach to training. I went from two hour workouts on a spin bike and treadmill (at what I thought was a fairly high intensity) to 30 minute workouts using Kettlebells and weights that pushed me to the brink. In just five months of training with Anton I have leaned out significantly (down two dress sizes), increased my strength and am now able to run at a much faster pace than before. Anton's depth of knowledge and passion for his work make him an exceptional trainer.

Anton has been a terrific trainer for me. He recognized my strengths and weaknesses and worked with me patiently but with constant encouragement to try more, do more! He had more confidence in me than I did in myself. The workouts were varied with great pacing. He made them fun...from Kettlebells to hand weights to cardio he found a way to work it all in. I lost 12 pounds and gained muscle. Michelle Obama's arms have nothing on mine! As a female old enough to lie about my age it is a lot easier to get away with it now!! I would highly recommend Anton as a trainer.

I am a 46 year old man who had gained a significant amount of weight since I quit smoking, and had lost motivation to get into shape. I hired Anton 6 months ago after watching him train others at the gym. For the first four months, he trained me 1 x per week, and for the past two months it has been 2 x per week. My strength and flexibility have both improved dramatically. I have also dropped 10 pounds in weight. I feel 100% better than before I started working out with Anton. His style is encouraging and motivating. He is also extremely knowledgeable about exercise, health and nutrition. It is without any reservation that I recommend Anton to those of you who are ready to make some important changes in your health and body!

I work at the gym with Anton and I was extremely interested in Kettlebell when I first heard of it. Anton offered to teach me the basics one day and I was hooked immediately. He has a very unique and affective style of personal training. The session was a blast! Being as I did not know anything about Kettlebell he taught me the basics and I thoroughly enjoyed it. After that work out I proceeded to workout with him after that as well. He really helped me to get back into working out and getting back in the gym. If I did not have to go back to school I would have definitely tried to keep working out under him.

I am a personal trainer and wanted to experience this kettlebell work. I turned to Anton who I would see usuing kettlebells throughout all of his workouts and asked him to teach me a few things. We met up and began a session and it was so much fun! Being a novice when it comes to the bells, Anton started at the very beginning and taught me proper form and only until I mastered that did he allow me to move on with weights ensuring I was not going to hurt myself. We continued working on a couple motions, and I am hooked! I can't wait for my next session with Anton, what a work out!
