SHIPPING INFORMATION
DragonDoor.com  uses the best carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time. Learn more about shipping times, methods, and carriers below.
 
STANDARD ORDERS: All orders shipped within the continental United States deliver within 7 business days after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are shipped with the U.S. Postal System, via First Class International service, and delivers within 30 business days after shipping.  Tracking is NOT available on these shipments , but you will be provided a package number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

  • IMPORTANT - International orders do not include customs clearance, duties, taxes or other non-routine brokerage charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

EXPEDITED ORDERS: All expedited orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST are shipped the same day and deliver within 2 business days after shipping. Please provide a physical address (No P.O. Boxes) for all expedited shipments (no Saturday deliveries). Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will arrive on Wednesday. Expedited kettlebell orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Thursday through Sunday will arrive on Wednesday, as they ship from a secondary warehouse and need an additional day for processing.

KETTLEBELLS: Kettlebells are shipped within North America. Kettlebells cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.  Canadian Kettlebell orders can be processed through the website and ship via FedEx. Shipping surcharge is applicable.

WHERE IT SHIPS FROM?:  all products ship from our corporate office in Little Canada, Minnesota.

RETURN POLICY

What is  DragonDoor.com's return policy?  All products purchased on  DragonDoor.com  are protected by a 100% unconditional, one-year risk-free guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we’ll be happy to give you a prompt exchange or refund, as you wish. Simply return your purchase to us, and please let us know why you were dissatisfied—it will help us to provide better products and services in the future.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What do I do if I get a defective item?  Contact customer service and we’ll immediately ship a replacement. Damaged or defective books and DVDs do not need to be returned, unless it’s a global product issue that we need to inspect and/or get back and return to the manufacturer in order to receive credit.

How do I do an exchange?  Call customer service at 651-487-2180 or e-mail  support@dragondoor.com  and they’ll provide you with instructions. Instructions are also included on the packing slip you receive with your order.

When will I get my refund?  Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return, if the refund can be credited back to your credit card; check refunds can take up to 30 business days.

WORKSHOP SITE CANCELLATION

Workshop sites may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the scheduled workshop session for any reason. When a workshop is cancelled or postponed, candidates will be notified immediately and will receive a complete refund of all workshop fees or be allowed to transfer at no penalty to the new dates or another course of their choosing without penalty.

Refunds for credit card transactions processed online will be refunded back to the credit card within 2 weeks after the cancellation. If workshop registration was not completed online or the refund cannot be processed online, a refund check will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks after the cancellation.

If cancellation is required, Dragon Door is not responsible for any expenses (travel or lodging) incurred beyond the registration fees. We recommend against making non-refundable travel plans.
