While this is a good book for a beginner, both the bodyweight and kettlebell exercises can be learned in greater detail in other Dragon Door books (Convict Conditioning covers the exact same six calisthenics movements and Pavel covers the same kettlebell exercises). I probably would have found better value if I was a first time reader solely focused on fight conditioning.
Verbal diarrhea and a poorly organized format without much actionable info
It is a game changer for me. It gave increditble feedback on the weights and duration. This kind of feedback is encouraging for setting goals in your strengh out put. Awesome. Bruce Lee would approve if he had this kind of feed back in his training.
