10/10 The little motivator

Wendy is a great trainer for the fact that she is always making sure your technique is good. She explains and demonstrates how your movements should be until you get it. Always pushing you to be better everyday. Her positive motivation makes you feel accomplished and confident in your ability. I always leave her class satisfied with my workout and I a little ways feel in the next day. I try never to miss her class.

It's been 2 years since I have started working with Wendy. I joined a gym as a part of a program to lose 25# in 6 weeks. I got through the first 3 weeks never meeting her, until I had a scheduling conflict and had no choice but to take her class. There was no going back from there. Wendy has a gift. She can see the potential in you before you see it in yourself and she will push you beyond the limits you've boxed yourself into. If you have a goal, she WILL get you there safely and effectively. She has an immense wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness and she's always learning more and taking it to her students. It is refreshing to work with someone that is always striving for greatness for themselves and sharing it with you. I have worked predominately with Wendy for the entirety of these last 2 years and will continue to do so because I have only seen progress in my strength and my stamina and because she is an absolute gem of a person to work with. Bottom line: you will not be sorry if you choose to work with Wendy.

Not only is Wonder Wendy the most fit person I know, but she wants to share this with others. For those who want to, she will help you be as fit as you have a desire to be. And to top it off, she has a heart for people. As good as it gets.

Training with Wendy is a fantastic experience. She really understands individual needs and goals but also limitations due to health issues or injury and she works with you to achieve the best possible workouts for strength and conditioning within those parameters. She knows just when to push and exactly how much in order to help you grow. I have never felt such a high level of trust and comfort with a fitness trainer. I would (and have!) highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to up their fitness level. She has so many tools in her arsenal and she cares about each person she trains.

As soon as I wrapped up my first session with Wendy, I knew I tapped into something special. Under Wendy's guidance, I tapped into some serious strength and conditioning gains. The level of passion and fire that Wendy brings to every class is unmatched. Wendy cares very deeply about the people she works with and the results speak for themselves. Knowing I had Wendy on my corner made me feel unstoppable. If you are serious about unlocking that inner beast, then i cannot recommend Wendy enough!

Wendy was the first instructor to show me how powerful and strong Kettlebells can make you! She ensures your form is proper then really pushes you to try a heavier weight or more reps. She is enthusiastic, motivating and creative. Wonder Wendy is great!

Since working with Wendy in her kettle bell class, my strength has improved tremendously. She is a great motivator and brings fun and excitement back to kettle bells. If you are looking for an instructor to get you on the right path and keep you there, Wendy is the instructor for you.

I was introduced to Kettle Bells for the first time during Wendys Saturday morning class. "Strength training is fun again" Wendy has a way of helping you go beyond you goal's. Her emphasis on form and technique has help me perform excersises such as, Turkish Get Ups, one and two handed swing, and many others. Kettle Bells (for me) or no longer the funny looking iron ball sitting on the shelf, but a valuable strength building tool!! Thanks Wendy!

They say big things come in small packages and Wendy Welch is no exception to this rule! I have trained under her for several months and her knowledge, experience, and character is second to none. She has helped me achieve tremendous strength goals that I thought would never be possible! Wendy is an amazing instructor, Coach, and friend!

I tried using kettlebells a few years ago, and just ended up injuring myself from using terrible form. When I started taking Wendy's class, I figured it'd probably be the same. I was completely wrong. Not only does Wendy break down techniques in a way that makes sense, she makes it fun while doing so. I usually leave class feeling like I've had an okay workout, but the next day I KNOW I've put in a lot of work. Definitely check Wendy out if you're looking to improve your form and learn new techniques.
