A comprehensive program that goes beyond just "what to do" but "how to do it" with regressions that make the program doable over a large group of people with different abilities. Importantly, not just strength and conditioning but also balance (fall prevention) and flexibility. In the real world, most Boomers are not pressing 32 K kettlebells and the video shows actual boomers of different ability.
Too early to see any results, after only a week and a half of training.
I was surprised at the speed it arrived.
