As one of the initial coaches from the A12 coaching initiative, I've been a student of Paul's methods for a while and anytime programming is discussed with him, it's like drinking from a fire hose every time!
This book delivers on so many levels it's kind of funny when I look at how simple and effective yet at the same time incredible sophisticated his programming methods are.
Regardless if you are an experienced lifter or novice, my biggest hope is that anyone who gives this book a read is that you really take the time to absorb this information, apply the methods, and enjoy getting strong ..... perpetually!

I been lucky enough to learn from Paul both in person, when I took his Amazing 12 coaches certification, and as an understudy during my time as one of his A12 coaches, so when this book came out, I ordered both a hard copy and digital copy straight away.
The principles in this book are so simple, many people won't have the patience to stick with them long enough to realize what can be achieved while staying inside your comfort zone. The examples below are results achieved in just 13 weeks with one of my own clients, using the principles outlined in Paul's book.
Back Squat: 6RM of 110kg up to 6RM of 150kg. A 36% increase.
Bench Press: 7RM of 70kg up to a 7RM of 100g. A 42.5% increase.
Trap Bar Deadlift: 6RM of 125kg up to a 6RM of 185kg. A 48% increase.
The client above never missed a single repetition during their program and never felt any session was above a 7/10 RPE.
