10/10 Perfect fit

By Bill Kelley / Woburn, MA, United States

I have wanted to get an Isometric rack for years but could not find a space for it. The Neuro-Rack solved this problem. This sets up and stores away in a minute. It is heavy duty and seems to be very durable. I have no regrets about making this purchase.

10/10 Best Iso Gym I have ever used.

By Zachariah Salazar / Tempe, Arizona, USA

I built something similar using Ross Enamait's instruction years ago and while I enjoyed it and the results, it fell out of use. When I saw this I knew I could make good use of it as I have had the best results with isometric training in the past. Looking at the design, I saw that i could make one myself or have something similar made. But time is money and once weighed, the cost seemed fair. Paid for, had it in a week, far faster than I could have had it made. Worth it to me maybe not for you, your decision. As to its function, fantastic. Useful for various presses, kneeling presses, rows, deads, numerous positions of cleans, high pulls, single arm work etc. Only limited by your understanding of movement. Transports easily in the car. Take it to park or beach, grab a kettlebell for snatches, swings and throws and you have a good time. Throw in some sprint mechanic drills and you have a useful interesting workout.
