What You’ll Get with Extreme 3

There are three separate and unique days to choose from on the main menu, each with their own set of chapters.

Each chapter has a brief written intro about the exercises to minimize talking at the beginning of each workout. This means less talking, more training.

There is a countdown timer in the lower right corner of the screen so when the going gets tough, you know that you know how much longer you have to push yourself until you get a break.

The music is selected to match the tempo of the workout and is a high energy rock and roll. The option to do the workout without the soundtrack is available at the beginning of each day. If you want to listen to your own music while you train, have at it. You can still hear Keith’s voice as you normally would if you choose the no-music option from the menu.

Part of the charm of the first two Extremes was the rough-and-ready production values. “We’re here to workout—we’re not trying to win and Oscar” was the message. This is Keith's best dvd to date and will get anyone into phenomenal physical condition!

This by far my fav dvd of the 3 so far !! It's two bells and for me 35lbs bells kick my ass all over ! And the works are short and sweet with some much needed breathers. I dig it a lot thanks Keith !!

Thank you !! 1st half of Day 1 last night, and with double 16kg KB... seems light to start yet lactic acid management builds up fast and you need to focus not to break form while doing ladders. I believe a dynamic rest of 2-3 mins works well for me.

Only rating Day 1 so far...Day 2 and DAy 3 look fantaastic.

Great Video scene and quality - EKC I and II was a gift to me = really challenges you. I take the warmup from EKC II, a must anytime.

I am also a big fan combining this with bodyweight cloth hang pullups and HLRS and handstand pushups , together with 2in 50ft battle ropes to accompany the cardio burning on different days to build my back and lungs etc....warmup first right !

You're in for a treat - I really like the fact Keith is real and frank, and shows struggling too.

I have all three of Keith's DVDs. I didn't think you could top perfection, but Keith managed to do just that with Extreme3. Excellent. I just can't say enough good about his workouts and recommend them often. Thanks so much Keith!! Your workouts are top notch and fitness level inspiring.

I have all three of Keith's videos. This was needed to complete the workouts because of the using of two kettlebell routines. For people like myself who are challenged as far as mobility goes, this workout is a killer for your cardio. If you have the others than this DVD is a must!
