Fantastic book; an encyclopedia of functional training methods
Excellent, well written manual, I hesitated too long. Very helpful and guidance will enhance my efforts to grow at 78, ease my joints beyond 80s, too fast approaching, and definitely KO sarcopenia!
Great book. I wish they'd start selling their products again.
When the bar is loaded and the hook is perpendicular to the bar on all three axis, since the display only allows us to see it when it is directly facing the user, it should be inclined toward the use as to bee read while the bar is used.
