This is a well thought out sequence of exercises. I have been doing wheel poses in yoga practice for years, but never making much progress to the full pose. Learning to concentrate on just raising the chin instead of lifting the entire head has helped me to improve immediately. I am about to begin Step 2 and am looking forward to back strength gains!
