This is what exercise and Kettlebells are all about! Keith is Kickass Extreme! I ordered Extreme #2 and can't wait to punish myself even more!! This is great stuff. I have worked out with steps, TaeBo, Hip Hop, Turbo Jam, this,that and every other gimmick. This is the REAL way to workout and GET RESULTS. I am 63 years old, had back surgery, have arthritis just about everywhere, but after using kettlebells, I hardly have any pain or stiffness anymore. I've lost weight, toned, and balance better and I'm much stronger than ever. I'm glad I found this website. I'll be coming back for more and more.

I have been doing Kettlebells for about a year. I heard Joe Rogan talk about this DVD, so I thought I would check it out! Good god, this DVD hammered me! It's great because it's a full body workout, but it's broken down by body areas really! Straight forward, no fluff! I ordered the Kettlebell Goddess for my girl and she loves it! I even used her DVD once working out with her and that DVD is a beat down as well! I highly recommend both of these! Money very well spent!

I bought this workout on the advice of Joe Rogan, and it was every bit as good as he said it was. There is enough variety to keep me busy on the days I'm not in the gym. It is going to be a while before I can perform the workouts at the intensity that Keith does them. I feel stronger after every workout.

The moment I started working out for those first 10 minutes I thought I was going to die this was one of the most extreme workouts I've ever done I got my girlfriend into and she loves I really hope people see this and so the also experience the awesomeness of this dvd it is 100% worth it your money wont be wasted I swear!

This workout provides one of the best full body routines I have ever had the pleasure of self-torturing myself with! Upper body is definitely hit, but every exercise utilizes the legs. You might think you have killer legs, until you complete this DVD in one sitting. You will be devastated, and love every minute of it! Only been using this DVD for a little over a week, obviously too short of a time frame to see any immense physique changes, but I feel more powerful and am generally in a better, more high spirited mindset! I have the second DVD ordered, and can't wait to eradicate any bitch in me, through these intense workouts! Anything works if you try at it hard enough, and take it serious. Weber has created a fun, varied, and highly challenging workout and I cannot wait to see the transformation at the one...two...three month mark!!!!! Being 30 doesn't have shit on these DVDs, fact!! No reason not to, leggo people!!!!!!

I tried to find a workout for kettlebells that can challenge me a bit. This one sure does. I'm extremely happy with it. Though I can not perform at his level the workouts have helped me gain strength and pick up my endurance after a few times of trying it. The routines are very well thought out and they vary making it one of the best dvd products I've purchased for Kettlebells. Its a definite "no brainer" Purchase it!!

I have been using KBs for about a year. I purchased the Extreme KB Cardio Workout DVD because I wanted more specific routines to train with. The first night I did the Man Maker and the Core workout. I was sore for 3 days! I love the intensity and pace. My only complaint is that I wish there was a printable list of each of the routines.

This is a Must for those of you who are serious athletes and kettebell fanatics. We highly recommend The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout. It will challenge you to your bones even if you're tough as nails and build your strength and cardiovascular capacity fast. It's broken into short segments of high intensity exercises that are very easy to follow. You can feel satisfied after doing just one killer 5 - 10 minute session or you can simply do as Keith Weber does in this nicely shot video by the ocean - and go non-stop like the Terminator. But, you may want to leave a phone nearby to call for someone to come pick you up off the floor. Seriously no matter what weight you use or where you're at physically, this will get you into tremendous shape fast. Great Video!

I bought this DVD a few weeks ago, and it has helped speed up my metabolism tremendously! Having lost 70+ pounds over the past 2 years, largely due to kettlebell workouts (along with a cleaner diet, of course), this helped me break through my latest little plateau. The workout is great, total body and intense, but I would have liked some different and varied tunes to accompany it. Also, follow his KB weight recommendations to begin because it gets strenuous after a while.

This DVD was my first experience with Kettlebell Training. I could go on and on about this DVD, but its all already written other reviews.

As a Division I lightweight rower, I am always in search of way to become stronger and fitter while maintaining a given weight. Keith's DVD was a perfect solution. Also, as a past and hopefully continuing member of the US National Team, the Extreme Kettlebell workout provided me with another resource to show my teammates in the future.

Shortly after purchasing the DVD, I was able to complete the whole workout with a 35lb KB, but was left devastated for the next day or two. I workout 3-4 hours a day, and Keith's 45min routine was by far one of the most challenging, but rewarding circuits I have ever done.

In addition, I was curious on how to incorporate this DVD with Pavel's ETK. I emailed Keith, and to my surprise received a prompt response with an answer and an interest in my training. An A RKC.

I have been a NASM CPT, CES and have a Masters in Exercise Science. I have trained for 13 years. The Extreme workout is the best workout and Keith is a very good teacher, plus he looks good. I have been using KB for a year and was really tired of all the easy workouts that guys think women should be doing. I am buff, 52 and in great shape and desired something challenging and fun. It truly is everything I wanted in a functional workout program.

This DVD is the best thing that has ever happened to my strength training. I've been working out with kettlebells for a few years, but never really put together a well established routine with them - I was just doing a few of the exercises (swings, snatches, etc.) along with other strength training exercises. This DVD has provided me with the best program I have ever used for strength and conditioning. This is a very well thought out routine and it's really helpful how everything is broken down into short "stand-alone" workouts that can be strung together to make a really killer full-body workout when you're ready to go that deep. I would recommend this DVD to anyone!

Recieved the dvd about 4 weeks ago, watched it immediately and my heart rate hit the roof from just sitting through the screening. This is an excellent workout in its entirety and sure to challenge even the superfit individuals. I do the workout fully twice per week (by which time I'm ready for emergency O2) and on the other days I perform other KB workouts. What I have found very useful is to take some of the workouts from the dvd and use them as a warm up prior to my other workouts in a slow controlled manner.
I would recomend this to anyone who already trains with KB's not only for the amazing results you will get in cardio but also if you are wanting to get lean! Keith has done a wonderful job

Pros: Great sections,can be combined into many different workouts or done together back to back (not by me, yet) for a great all around smoke-out. Builds on the basics; easy to follow.

Cons: wasn't in love with the ab section (seemed a little counter intuitive to some of the other Dragon Door products I've purchased). And nothing will ruin a workout like the unexpected fat-guy-in-a-thong.

Yeah this is an incredible workout, thanks to the Russians for being so sadistic! I had seen these in gyms and remember seeing a video of an MMA fighter training with these, but they just didn't click with me at the time. Then I started listening to Joe Rogan's podcast; he talks incessantly about them so I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did!

You are getting a full body workout AND a cardio workout every time you use them. Plus you don't need much space to train. You can train at home to save money, AND the workouts aren't too long. Being in a gym for an hour and a half or more is really a waste of time. Work hard AND smart!

I tried some routines from other videos I saw online and there are some good ones, but I love the Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout the best. It is broken down into 6 separate workouts plus an ab workout/cooldown section at the end. I'm not man enough (yet) to do all the workouts in one session so I just do one a day and every other day add the abs workout. Just great, if you have never used them before, don't think in terms of sets; it is more like ONE set for 10 minutes with NO rest. I just did the "leg burner" workout followed by the ab workout and I was literally cursing out loud lol.

What I like about the way this dvd is put together is you can progress with it. What I mean is, you know you have to change up your routine about once every six weeks cause your body gets used to it. With this you can get a heavier bell and do the routines the same or you can mix some of these routines together. So it is a versatile addition to your fitness regimen.

Overall highly recommended. This is not the be all and end all for training, but nothing is. What it is is an inexpensive yet highly effective workout method to add to your arsenal.

I've had a kettlebell for a while now and while I worked with them frequently I never really pushed myself. This video provides the motivation I needed to challenge myself. I can almost do the entire workout after a few weeks. My next goal is to do the workout on the beach as seen in the video.

Great workouts. This gives me something to do with my lighter kettlebells. I can make it through 2 or 3 of Keiths workouts with my 35lb bell, but no more. When I want to workout longer I go for all 6 chapters with my wife's 20 lb and that is a huge battle of endurance!!

The core workout is a great abdominal workout.

I have been a runner my whole life and I usually run on my variety days but I find myself now craving the high intensity of one of Keith's workouts rather than the slow meditative burn of running.

WORTH EVERY PENNY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard about this dvd from the joe rogan podcast and it didn't disappoint! You really can gas yourself completely in a short amount of time. Keith is a tremendous and enthusiastic instructor and he makes it fun to workout with him. I highly recommend this dvd to anyone who feels like they've plateau'd in fitness. this will really take your fitness up a notch!

I recently purchased this video and found it to be outstanding. I had trouble moving after doing it the first few times. It is the hardest workout I have ever done in my life. It was harder than anything they made me do in bootcamp, the difference was I actually liked the kettlebell workout!

I have devoured this DVD, it is energetic, challenging and fresh! Simple repeatable sets designed to make a humble man or woman out of you. You can do every exercise in this DVD from the start, nothing new to learn or perfect. Take the simple time proven swings, presses, cleans and squats from your current workout and combine them into a totally new and mind blowing regime. I do a couple sets in the morning. A couple at lunch and then tear it up with the rest during my long workout in the evening. I highly recommend this DVD to all level of users.

A great layout. Professionally done (of course, it's Dragon Door) 7 different "workouts" that can be done all together or a few at a time. This works out well for me in that some days I have 30 to 40 minutes to workout and others I have 60. You could easily warm up and get a good quick, intense workout just doing the "man maker", in under 15 minutes.

This DVD is amazing. All the routines are a fantastic challenge that will get you working up a sweat in no time.

The instruction is great. It's simple and easy to follow. The pace is just fast enough. The routines are simple enough that you'd be able to memorize them pretty quickly. It's also pretty easy to mix and match to come up with more workout variations too. These workouts are great if you want a good routine to take outdoors.

It's well worth it. So stop reading, and just order it already.

Great routines, especially away from home. The exercises where standard familiar ones, so the learning curve was quick; and when the nearest RKB club is a 2 1/2+ hour drive away that is important. A little easy with the little 26 lb RKB I travel with. Great with the 36 lb RKB, at least for a desk jockey like me; and very, very challenging with the 53 lb RKB. I wish that it had come with a rotational training plan in .pdf format, but that is not hard to come up with your own. I still think "Enter the Kettlebell!" is the best RKB DVD I have bought, but "The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout" is worth every penney!

Weber puts together the exercises in the Pavel video into highly structured, tough workouts that you can do in under 10 minutes. Fantastic combination of strength and endurance, both cardiovascular and muscular. You will get your money's worth from this DVD.

I purchased this initially and used it quite a bit. Then I found another resource and purchased quite a few more KB DVD's but I keep coming back to this one as I just love the level of intensity and his smooth transition from one move to the next. He is clear with his direction and by far this is a great tool for KB enthusiast. What I would love to see is Keith Webber creating another DVD as a follow up to this one. I haven't found another DVD out there that can compare. I really hope that someone can convince Keith to do another DVD!!!!

I was a competitive bodybuilder for over 10 years, was trained by a champion boxer to keep in shape afterwards...taught many fitness classes full out. There is rarely an item that can challenge me the way my body was used to being tormented. This DVD is just perfect. It is THE item I've been looking for. It is such a challenge I cannot complete all the sections at once....yet! THAT is what I wanted...something that is so hard and so effective - I would be motivated to work at it and have something to work into instead of the usual - after 6 weeks I am used to it already and bored to death.

It is well put together; nice and SIMPLE to follow; Keith has a great voice and knows just how much to talk and NOT talk during the workout. He gets right down to business...as it should be.

I have had it for 2 weeks now and have gone thru 4 of the chapters - about 2 or 3 times a week. It is easy to modify any thing I need to and still stay with the flow of the program - which is difficult with most. I wore out a spinal disc from all the years of grueling workouts and boxer training. This DVD is a delight....it lets me push without getting hurt.

As far as results - my stamina is improving and I have noticed that I am maintaining my weight without spending tons of time working out. I'd have to check back on this one in a few weeks to be really sure however I would STRONGLY recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape and really challenge themselves. It is almost like a yoga thing to me! I am so spent when I am done - I am euphoric!

someone delivered the rehearsal video instead of the real thing come dvd duplication time. the production values on this thing are abysmal!

punishing routines, as promised, although more explanation and lead-in to the exercises would have helped.

shot on a distracting beach, the form shown in the exercises is sloppy at times (dangerously so for beginners i'd say), and you can't even see keith's feet. bah. this dvd is probably not aimed at beginners, but still...

compared to pavel's kb dvd's, this video puts the shame back into cardio - even with kb's.

the workouts themselves are brutal, challenging, good stuff. it's just if you're going to promote and sell a product, keith should remember that the content will actually be watched by other people, and used as reference for form, safety, inspiration etc etc. it looks like this film was planned on the way to the beach while the cameraman was slurping on a pack of beer, filmed without a tripod, then edited in the suv on the way home. it's a wrap - beautiful! not!

this doesn't help the dragon door reputation any...

Definitely designed for endurance, this workout is segmented intelligently into roughly ten minute sequences that can stand alone as developmental workouts, or time savers. Done in its entirety, it is truly a challenge to complete. It's structured well enough to grow with by simply increasing either segments, or weights. Glossily produced, it isn't, but those who just want a good, advanced program to follow along with will be pleased. The instructor gives plenty of good pointers, preview cues, and manages to provide counts for all segments, including the excellent core section at the end.

If you want to have your ass kicked, this is a great DVD that will do so. The "but" is this: You MUST have a firm background in Kettlebell training before you attempt it. There is no explanation of how to properly execute the different moves or advice on how to modify them. That is up to you to find out on your own. An extra chapter detailing the different moves as well as suggestions as to how to modify the workout would have made this complete and well worth the money. Still a great DVD, could just use some refinement!

I can't really rememberr just how I got into Kettlebells except to say I once saw a pretty pink one in WalMart and bought it out of curiosity! As I worked with it, I realized I was into something I wanted to keep and I started buying DVDs. Then I found DragonDoor! It was a whole new world and finally a challenge! I got Extreme and fell in love for life. Steve Cotter is very appealing to me, watching him workout like that bell weighed nothing, and seeing what results he's gotten just motivated me more and more. I got his Extreme 2 when it came out and these two workouts are definitely my favorites...so far. I keep watching for the Extreme 3, and hope there will be a third because it just keeps getting better and better.Thanks, DD for offering such great workouts.

This is the best kettlebell dvd I have found, and I have many of them. The exercises presented in this workout are great, and the way they are broken down into different segments allows you to vary the amount of time you spend with the workout, and which body parts you want to work. I am going to order his Extreme 2 dvd too!!!

I love this DVD but I'm very disappointed there's no option to play it with the music off. The music is overly loud and intrusive and while I'd like to do this DVD workout every day I will get sick to hell of that annoying music. I like working out with Keith's audio so I don't want to turn it off completely.

BEST cardio workout for kettlebell I've ever done but the one flaw is no option to play it with no music!!!

I was surprise that this wasn't a cookie cutter, copy cat workout like all the rest I have seen. This is something that I needed. I'm a certified personal trainer (18 years in the business) and Certified Martial Arts Instructor (over 20 years) and being 43, I have gotten bored with traditional workouts...But LOVE Kettlebells, and Love this DVD

I supplement my 4 days/week workout with my trainer with 2 days of Kettlebells.

THE GOOD: This DVD is a perfect fit for me because of its intensity and I have had it about a month and I am still working at completing it. I only get about 3/4's of the way through and I am wiped out. The instruction is clear and concise.

THE BAD: The 'Cheesy' music in the background. Sheesh! They coulda' used something a little more up to date.

MY ADVICE: Well worth the investment just ignore the music.

This is hands down one of the best exercise videos I have done. I am 57 so my advice to people in my age group is listen to your body and be careful. I guess what I like best Is Keith does not talk a lot, great pace and great music. The ab workout is perfect. If you want to get smoked in your workouts

I was very disappointed in this DVD-no explanation on how to perform the KB exercises. The beach setting is also very undesirable as you can't hear due to the noise of the surf and wind. Not sure what he was going for but it seems almost like a home video production as it is made in such an amateurish fashion.

My friend recommended this intense workout. It was a leap of faith. I have been working out, but wanted to notch it up. Maybe I am too old at 56, but I'm doing it. My core feels tighter immediately after the workout. I feel exhausted the next day but not beat up. I do yoga to stay flexible after.

I've really let myself go and was reluctant to order this video. I have quite a few others that I don't use. The other videos take you through very complex and difficult routines. Be prepared, if you can keep up, this video will be very difficult. Even the instructor is winded after an exercise set. The GREAT thing about the video is you can do one of the exercise sessions in as little as 6-minutes. When you haven't been doing anything, this is more than enough and you feel great. It let's you build a base while feeling like you accomplished something. And, to keep me honest, since I just started back, I am using a 20 pound kettle ball for the routines. now have my 36 pounder out for some swings and some individual exercises, but even though I am not ready to use it for the video, I am getting a great workout.

I have followed Dragon Door, Pavel and the likes since the early days. I faithfully ordered my kettlebells to strengthen myself for the physical demands that triathlons and marathons required. I injured my wrist and stopped. That was 2005. Instructional DVDs were barely educational at the time kettlebells had not penetrated the commercial market .
I restarted my routine just this year 2012, and, to my surprise, the explosive popularity of my chosen sports along with kettlebells instructional DVD quality and quantity. This is worth every single drop of sweat ( no blood or tear ) and penny .
Minor cons : poor video quality , grainy shots. The abdominal section needs major improvement, I think. I turn to Steve Cotter's DVD for this segment.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

If your expectation is for a program is where you essentially follow a pattern of "just do this" than this DVD will cover that for you. The DVD consists of a fixed camera recording a "work out" and nothing further. You can pick and choose what segments you want to perform or let them sequence through without intervening.

Other DVDs that I've purchased from Dragon Door normally are accompanied with some explanation as to why a program is designed one way or another. Unfortunately, that does not exist on the DVD. For example, the sequencing of exercises raises a number of questions based on information I've seen provided in DVDs from Pavel and Mike Mahler.
Consequently, what would have been of benefit is to see some instruction based on Keith's experience and training about the long term proper use of this program (i.e., stringing segments together, how often, or does it even matter, etc.). That kind of information strikes me as a reasonable expectation.

Otherwise, the program is clearly beneficial, I just don't know that I wouldn't have gotten the same benefits from other articles and Youtube videos available from reputable RKCs that are available on-line. My 5 cents.

I was really happy with this DVD. There are some great workout ideas ad things to do with the kettlebells that I had not tried yet. I have already been using "The Manmaker" and the Upper body workout. My only critique is that it would be nice if it had an insert listing the program, then the exercises to be done as kind of a cheat sheet.

Great fast paced workout. Great ab/core section at the end. Easy to do at home by yourself. Only rated an 8 because of the audio. The music is motivating at first and then it got on my nerves and I found it stressing me out a bit. If you try to lower the volume, you can't hear the instructor as well.

This dvd should be called The Functional Freak Kettlebell Workout. This is the ultimate kettlebell dvd, because of how it is put together. You can use a lighter kettlebell and get the ultimate cardio workout or use a heavy kettlebell on any workout for the ultimated strength workout since the individual workouts are around 6 minutes long. My goals are to be able to do the entire dvd with my 24kg kettlebell and every workout by itself with my 40kg kettlebell. Talking about strength and endurance!

I absolutely love this workout!!! Excellent instruction, good routines that kick ass. My goal is to get through the whole workout without pausing the DVD to catch my breath. The workout is definitely alot harder than it looks. Music is a little loud, but I feel the driving music is needed to keep you motivated and on task. I actually like it. My only suggestion is for Keith Weber to come up with Extreme KB Cardio Workout #2 ASAP!! I'll be first in line to buy it.

As an avid fitness enthusiast, I've been using kettlebells on and off for a few years now and while I don't consider myself a kettlebell expert, I've always thought of myself as possessing above average conditioning. WRONG! This DVD left me on my back, gasping for air trying to pick my lung up off the ground next to me. Weber is an animal that cranks out reps like it's nothing but his exercise selection and program composition is such that even relative newcomers can keep up by scaling back the number of reps until their fitness levels improve. This DVD is an absolute "Must-Buy" for anyone who wants the cardiovascular endurance of a distance runner without sacrificing muscle gains they've worked so hard for.

This is a great video --- nice fast pace. Unlike some other videos, there are almost no breaks between the exercises. It's like doing a bunch of kettlebell supersets. Don't let that scare you - you can break as long as you would like between the sections (upper body, lower body). He does 10 of each exercise (sometimes 10 each side), which is cool for us ADHD folk.

Probably the best area is the man-maker (or modified man maker).

I love working out along with this video. The core section is great as well. It's one of those workout where I feel ab soreness the next day.

I like how the sections are broken up. That means I can do one section in the morning if I want to.

If there are some negatives to this video, they are:
- He keeps saying 'follow along with my instructions' but he gives you few instructions (virtually none in sections). I don't like a whole bunch of instructions (or at least a separate instruction section), so it doesn't bother me. If you're looking for instructions, get the ETK stuff.
- Sometimes the outdoor location (the wind and the sand) make the video production a little poor. Again, no big sweat for me.

My husband and I are both used to very intense cardio and weightlifting workouts, and we have difficulty finding exercise dvd's that push us. However, this workout is awesome! It is very doable, yet it leaves many challenges to keep working towards. I use a 10 pound kettlebell and my husband uses a 20 pounder, and we both feel every move in every muscle each time we do one of the workouts. If you want an awesome cardio workout, then do this dvd all the way through. Or, if you like to do a little weights with your cardio every day (like me) then do 1-2 workouts and you will feel great! Get this...it rocks!

I am very pleased with this DVD - provides short, intensive workouts that can be used alone, or, in those crazy enough to do it, as a series....but have someone around to drag you to your couch or bed afterward if you try that. The regimens are short enough for a 10-15 minute session in the morning before you head off to work, or can be incorporated into a larger regimen if needed...but ONE workout is enough to provide strength and cardiovascular training for the whole day! My investment in this DVD has returned hundred-fold thus far--highly recommended!

This is the toughest DVD in my collection right now and I am absolutely thrilled that I purchased it!!! I started kettebell training earlier this year; this video and Lauren Brooks' workout are my favorites. (I am glad I purchased Lauren's first because her tutorial is great for the beginner and has aided my progress to-date.) Keith's relaxed, to-the-point, no nonsense approach for each exercise certainly won me over; he's not bad to look at either. My favorite section is the Turkish getup, which I can now perform with a 20# bell. This is the first time I ever attempted the "getup"; his instruction on this section was excellent. This DVD will stay in my fitness rotation at least twice a week; perfect for men or women. I feel like I've accomplished so much after completing the entire video. I hope he completes another one soon.

I have had this DVD for 2 weeks and have yet to complete the video. The sets move very fast and are very challenging. I was looking for something that would challenge me in the way that a personal trainer would and this DVD is doing the trick. I can't wait to see what else is on the DVD...the only complaint I have is that after each set it moves right into the next set. It would be nicer if you could have a menu pop up after each set so you could choose which one you want to do next if you aren't planning on doing the whole workout. Otherwise you have to go back to the main menu. Overall it is a good workout and I am a female in my 40's who has been doing kettlebells for about six months.

After doing these workouts for 2 weeks I have noticed immediate results. My job as meter reader for a gas company requires me to run/walk 5-8 miles a day, this also includes jumping fences. The conditioning in these workouts has made work a breeze. I feel as if I have an unlimited supply of air hooked into my lungs. Also my knees are not as stiff as they usually are. This is one of the best Dragondoor products I have ever ordered. These workouts will make a man out of you. I have never had a workout program as exciting and challenging as this. All I can say is WOW! This dvd is excellent and if I could rate it higher I would! I ordred Extreme KB Cardio on the recommendation of a friend and it too 3 weeks or so to arrive, cause I live in Canada. No big deal! The day it gets here I just have to try it, so slam it in the ole dvd player, pick up my 16kg kb and start. After Chapter 2 Upper Body Blast, I knew I was in for some pain big time! By the time I got through Ch 4 Swings, I was smoked, but I dug deep and pushed to slingshots (ch5). Couldn't complete slingshot, kept dropping the kb my form was going south. HR was in the 180's, forearms were on fire, couldn't even hold onto it, so called it a day. The next week I completed up to and including ch5 slingshots. Finally 3 weeks after it arrived I completed the whole dvd in about 60mins.

If you're a beginner (like me) and you are looking for a challenging follow along dvd then this is it. No fancy timers, or anything, just Keith on a beach a kettlebell and you. The great thing about this dvd is that it is broken down into separate chapters (workouts) each one lasting between 5-10 minutes, so you can combine a couple of them or a few of them or do all of them for a real smoker of a workout!

Also it covers all aspects of kettlebell training, upper body work, lower body work, swing work, combination of total body, a dedicated turkish get up chapter and of course a kettlebell Abs/Core workout at the end.

Great dvd, great price, buy it! You wont be disappointed.

The DVD is very clear and concise. Keith's swing pace is fast for me but he is also much younger. When I do keep up I'm gassed 1/2 way through the Manmaker. The best for me is to see perfect form demonstrated on such a variety of exercises. I'm happy that I bought the workout to go with "Enter the Kettlebell".

Just got this video in. I attempted to follow it with a 53# KB. WOW!!!! I was gassed after the first workout. Couldn't do the workout with 53s. I had to rest before starting the next workout. Keith Weber is a real inovator. I will have to get some 44s to do this kick but work out properly. If you want crossfit conditioning, fighting conditioning, and over all conditioning all in one workout, this will be one of the best tools for your tool box.

I'm fairly new to the ways of the kettlebell so I did't really have any idea what to expect. I packed in my gym subscription which was taking me nowhere and opted to follow the path. I've already noticed huge gains in my stamina and strength.
The array of exercises on this DVD make it worth the money alone. This is top class and you can do your exercise with the instructor. My lungs were screaming at the end of the first work out. They haven't done that for a long time.

I recently, well about 1 year ago, began exploring the KB world. I bought one KB at a fitness center that had a DVD included with it. It was a simple to follow routine that YES did kick my rear end. I never used my legs soo much in any excercise. I was more into running for my cardio. Then I had a hernia. That put everything to rest. I let go for a few months then slowly got into running again and eventually got myself up to my 4 mile every-other day routine. The KB had made it to the garage since doing many of the exercises hurt prior to surgery.

Well then I saw it sitting on the shelf and began again doing it once or twice a week to get an overall workout. I get bored quickly and NEED a routine when it comes to exercise.

I looked to Dragon Door at the mention of a friend.

I inquired which fit my bill and I purchased Extreme KB Cardio WO. It's outstanding. The first week I could only go for 18 minutes. I've worked my self up to 32 in three weeks.

It's outstanding, easy to follow and challenging. The new flexibility and leg strength is great, especially at 41 years old.

Superb. Good shooting location, good sound. Keith Weber does an excellent job instructing. The exercises themselves are nicely combined and flow at a good pace. The only thing I do different then Keith Weber (because I am not in as good shape nor as strong) is I started with a 10lb (Yes - 10lbs) Kettlebell in order to do the entire workout. I do the workout 3 days a week. In a few weeks I will increase to a heavier Kettlebell, use it for a while, then progress to a heavier KB, etc.

This is a good hard workout, but like many KB vids, it jumps right into the workout without any fundamental advice and the whys of what you're trying to accomplish.
For $30 bucks is it really to much to ask the author to provide us with work sheets and some information on form/safety and the best way of piggybacking the workouts for optimal progress? No its not.
Explaining the whys and hows of bellwork should be one of the functions of Mr. Weber's DVD. Instead the author leaves a sizeable void in the knowledge curve.

From a TV production standpoint, this is as simple as it gets.
One camera locked down on a tripod and pointed at Weber on a beach. It really should be more.

But as a pure workout. It's a banger.

I must admit that I was a little hesitant to try this DVD. The clip looked advanced and that is definitely not me. I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. This workout is so upbeat, and Keith is great. The DVD is chaptered, so I was able to do the workout over a few days which was perfect for me. I love the beach location. I was a little jealous, though. Keith got to drop his kettlebell in the sand when he was finished. I've got wood floors--that wouldn't work for me.

I recently purchased this DVD b/c of the sleek looking cover (something, I've now learned, you should never do!). It's anything but. The filming is a bit shaky from time to time. Scenery is great, however. I was suprised that Keith Weber, being a PT, did this workout on the unlevel sand. It looked downright dangerous to me. I was disappointed that you cannot see his feet at all. When I first previewed the DVD, the music drove me nuts and I wished there was an option to workout with just his instruction. However, that changes once you actually start doing the workout. The music is the only thing that keeps me going through the pain! It'll kick your tail! I have yet to do the ENTIRE workout in one session. All complaining aside, it's great to have in your arsenal. I like the way it's chaptered so if you're short on time or focusing on a body part, you can choose the chapters that apply. As with all Dragon Door DVDs, I think it's a bit pricey . . . still cheaper than a gym membership!

This is a great workout. I started it off with my 54lbs bell, but had to revert to my 35 because it is so intense. He goes at a good pace the entire time, so you don't have to race to keep up with him, but be prepared, this is an intense cardio workout to say the least.

I'd have to say, as many others have: I thought I was in good shape before trying this series. Great workouts. I like the fact that I can mix the various routines depending on my goals for the day. I can do one or two of them with a heavier kettlebell, to work on my strength and feel my whole body in pain by the next day; or I can go throught the whole series with a lighter bell to work my endurance and have a longer cardio sessions.
This is sure to keep me busy for the next several months. One of my best purchases.

Comes with 6 kettlebell workouts which are each about 8-12 minutes long (total about 60 minutes). I have done them all together for a solid workout, but use them more regularly finish off a quick circuit in the morning which is as follows: 5x through max pull-ups, max-push ups, max single-leg squats. Once that is complete I pick one of Keith's workouts for a final blast. This takes about 30-40 minutes and kills me. I use a 16 kg kettlebell.

I just purchased this DVD. There is very little instruction in the video. It is mostly a follow-along DVD. It may be good for someone who is very advanced with all kettlebell exercises. The instructor was in excellent condition and an inspiration. I was not able to do all of the exercises. It seemed like a low budget DVD and not worth the $35 compared to other exercises videos.

Such an unprofessional video... there isn't a warm-up to begin with. The instructor's form is hideous, he is straining throughout the work- out which was painful to watch, then throwing the kettle bell down in the sand after a section. sound quality is okay... a few times in the middle of work-out it will get super loud for a second, then lower again. He also rushes super fast through each lift/lunge/swing etc which makes it impossible to keep up with the count if you want to use proper form. The exercises themselves make up a good work out but I'd prefer to do it via you-tube or by myself rather than this dvd. Oh, and I have other kettle bell dvd's so I'm not a novice.

I have spent so much money on workout programs that I am ashamed. But I can say with all certainty this one is the best. It covers everything your body needs. This workout along with a good diet can certainly change the way a person looks physically and feels mentally.

The question is not whether Extreme Kettlebell Cardio is an excellent workout. It is. The question is; are you ready for it? Because the exercises engage many body parts at once in resistance mode, they require high levels of discipline & focus that are rare in the general population. If you are up for the challenge of these "twenty minutes of hell" routines, you will get sculpted & pumped in less time than you can imagine.

When I began, I found the first routine, The Modified Manmaker, to be too intense & had to stop & rest. I soon advanced in both strength & stamina so I can now get through it without stopping. I look forward to trying the other workouts on this outstanding DVD.

Mr. Weber has put a lot of thought into these workouts to make sure each one hits all body parts. I recommend it highly.

Man I though I was strong and in condition but, this workout after only the first 3 chapters left me completely exhausted. What I really love about this DVD is that you can pick a heavier KB and go through just one chapter and feel completely worked which is great. The core section is awesome to.

One of the most physically challenging workouts I've partaken in my adult life! Before I began this video I quit my gym membership and bought some Kettlebells and this video online. Holy crap was I impressed ! This first time I used the video it destroyed me, and Im in usually pretty good shape. So I'm going to stick with it and eventually get the sequel. Hey dragon door, if you guys ever sent me a complimentary kettlebell I'd write a review on that too! I hear good things. Surely better than what I'm working with. Thanks dragon door !!

This is the most challenging kettlebell workout that I came across. Very demanding and rewarding in the end. You really need to focus on your whole body while doing the moves in order for it to safe and effective. Highly recommended for those that want to break the barrier!!

Well to begin we have some names I will not share we call you at times Keith...HA! The extreme workout is great! My son (30) and I (50) exercise on our lunch hour and this gives us an excellent challenge we do 3 of the sessions each day of the week. And love the pain so much we both want to come in on the weekends for more.

The windmill, sling shot, and the core work out cool down are my personal favorites. I do envy the sand and being able to toss the kettlebell down!

A BADASS DVD. Great for anyone who has a little experience with a Kettelbell. I think some of the movements could be hard to follow if its the first time you picked up a bell. With that said you should get it anyway. Great workout!! all around. I know some people might not like the music or style of the production, but who really cares its about the work.
Get this DVD and get to work!!

After the about the 3rd time thought the DVD I felt stronger in the movements. I truly feel that in that short amount of time I have improved my strength and mobility.

I'm not new to working out, but just started kettlebell workouts. I am addicted! I used to go to the gym for 1 1/2 hours, and now my workout is shorter and yields better results! I've been experimenting with different DVDs, but this by far is the best one I've found. Keith knows what he is doing, and his form is excellent. I love the variety and simplicity of the video. I don't want a cheerleader, I want someone who knows what they are doing, and that's KW. Stop reading and order this DVD. You won't regret it.

10/10 No Need for Anything Else in Your Workout Routine

I started utilizing the Extreme Kettlebell series by Keith Weber a year and a half ago. Prior to that, I was going through various routines in the gym as most people tend to do. My results were decent, but not to my liking. I was also paying hefty gym fees. I figured I would give this a shot because I have a long work commute and it would enable me to workout from home. I never truly thought it would be a long term thing -- I was wrong.



This workout series is intense, there's simply no other way to describe it. I still do not complete the entire CD in one outing because it's that difficult (also because I am using heavier kettlebells). I break it up into 3-4 routines per workout, and it kicks my @$$ everytime, without fail. There have been times where I have laid off for a month or two, then get back into the series, and the results are IMMEDIATE. I commend Keith ... he pushes you in the routines and all you need in terms of motivation is looking at his picture perfect body, hoping you can one day hope to emulate it.



I loved this series so much, I got Keith's 2nd one, which is harder .. if you can believe it. I use both CDs currently and couldn't be happier. No need to spend money on gym membership fees, I could never get the same workout in the same amount of time. Seriously, I do not need to stick to a super strict diet because the workouts are so intense you burn off everything you eat. If you want to keep to a regimented diet, then your results will skyrocket even more.



The only drawback is for individuals who want to bulk up ... this CD will not accomplish that. However - if you want to remain in great shape and be lean/cut, there is no better alternative in my eyes.



Hats off to Keith.

Definite mancrush on Rogan and Weber like the rest. I was a gym rat, home gym rat, p90xer (still go back sometimes for various reasons), recreational sports player, Insanity lover, etc. Nothing. I mean nothing compares to this brutal assault on your body. In a good way. Weber is likable and easy to follow. No fluff. I've never gone about the physical demands of everyday life with less effort, that's for sure. Throw in some yoga, stretching, etc. (reasons I still go back to p90) and you will reach zen. In my opinion, of course.

This is a fantastic workout. Plenty of variety. You can do one segment at a time or work up to several. Don't be afraid to pause the video. Progress is easy to see - from multiple pauses to several complete segments per day. Start with a light bell and increase weight as needed. Great piece of work. Ordering video #2 :-)

This dvd gave me the basic movements which can be progressed or scaled but with a good solid routine that flows. It was authentic and just a must have dvd . I highly recommend this to coaches, instructors, and anyone who needs a kick butt workout while staying safe and it takes your fitness to a whole new level

Think you're in good shape? Well let me tell you something..you are not prepared!! This is a smoker kickass extreme workout, broken down in follow along chapters that will leave you curled on the floor in the fetal position whimpering for your mommy, and wishing there was an oxygen tank next to you! The word "Extreme" in the title doesn't do it justice....it's beyond extreme. Highly recommended.

I'd heard good things about this dvd and was bored with my old routines so lost motivation. Getting this totally revitalised my determination to work out and get in shape. This dvd is a true total body workout, very well rounded and will thoroughly kick your ass lol I started out only able to do 3 of the 6 sections as I was so out of shape. 3-4 times a week soon saw me achieving results, both in gaining strength and feeling fitter and having much more cardio stamina. If your even considering buying this dvd then my honest advice is go right ahead.. now! I wish I'd of done it sooner. You get great feedback and customer service from Dragon door and Keith Weber himself even went back and forth with me on Twitter helping with questions!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. The workout itself is good. He was sweating within 10 mins and happy with that aspect of it. The quality of the video however was terrible. It was shaky and seemed like it was recorded with a cell phone camera. If I was aware of the video quality, I would not have ordered it. If I didn't have to pay for return shipping I would have returned it.

Got the DVD a few months ago this is by far the best workout I have done at home, I have done insanity, les mills combat, free weights, heavy bag and I combination of all the above. This video beats them all and is great addition to combine with my other workouts. You can break up the video into separate workouts or do them all together. The core and recovery is is really good I do it everyday. You can not go wrong here, your core will thank for years. I am 49 years old and an avid excerciser.

I consider myself to be intermediate with KBs but had never tried Turkish Getups! I completed the entire DVD and didn't feel I was working too hard until the Turkish Getups routine, which is very challenging. By the time I completed that workout, I was pretty tired. It's a great overall workout. The routines work a good cross section of KB moves. I especially like finishing the workout with the core workout. It's quick, you do alot of core work and comes at the end when you are tired but it's a great way to finish your workout. . I complete this workout once a week and increased my KB weight to 25 lbs but some exercises like swings I use 30-35 ibs. Great KB DVD!
