I have not met two women like you Robin and Traci. I truly believe everything happens for a reason and meeting you two has completely reignited my love of lifting weights and fitness. I knew that when I met you, that you both would get me to my goals of doing my first bikini competition. Not only do you both have the passion for training, you have an amazing facility, the perfect chemistry to be personal trainers and the love of your clients. It isn't a job when you love what you do. I know that is how you feel about VELOCITY and how much you strive to make each and every client achieve their fitness goals. I may have only known you a little over 2 months, but I have met my perfect match when I came to train at VELOCITY because I truly have the best trainers Not only is the training top notch, but the QUALITY of each rep is unmatched. I love the time that Robin takes putting together a daily work out that ties perfectly into the week. It's almost like she intuitively knows what to plan for the day/week/month so that it all ties together to assure thorough, quality training.

Not only is Robin an amazing trainer who provides well rounded training programs but she makes them fun and varies them perfectly so I am never bored with her workouts. She is also very encouraging and helpful with helping me reach my fitness goals. She's always very willing to discuss changes to my training and diet based on my goals. She is a very caring person with a huge heart and has also become not just my trainer but a great friend as well.

Two years ago when I started working out I tried several different CrossFit gyms and after multiple injuries in just six months I thought I'd kick it down a notch and try something simple and basic like kettle bells with Robin. Ha, well after 14 months of training with Robin, injuries have not been a problem but there is nothing simple or easy about this. I have cut my body fat in half to 11.8%, my strength and endurance have increased dramatically, my weekly trips to the chiropractor have stopped as of 8 months ago, and at 49 years old when I go back to the old gym to work out with friends, I make them look like they've been taking a nap the last 14 months. Robin as a great natural ability to push me to my limit and keep me motivated without injuries that came from those old-style Cross Fit gyms. The look on the faces of those young guys when they try to keep up with me when I'm doing a 5 minute snatch test at 150 snatches with the 24 kg (53 lb.) bell or pressing the beast is worth every drop of sweat Robin squeezes out of me.

You plan such thought out workouts that work for every level of client and you always make adjustments for people when they have injuries of physically can't do something without making them feel any less. I hate that I have limits but instead of not showing up some days like I might want to, I know you will work with me. I really appreciate that! You have made a world of difference in Johnny. There are regular people and there is Robin. She's truly an amazing trainer. She inspires people to better themselves with such grace. I've been waiting to get the chance to have her train me and I finally have. In other personal training experiences I have had back issues, but since I have trained under Robin I've NEVER had an issue.She takes the time to make sure your form is right and your not hurting yourself. I've seen the changes in my body and am amazed how quick it's all happened.. I feel so lucky to be a "velocity girl". How many people can say that they can't wait to workout? That's how it feels. I love the people I workout with and most of all can't wait to see what new and challenging workout Robin has created for us. There is no doubt...She's the BEST!!

She is not the yell in your face kind of coach, but she knows how to motivate you. Her workouts are creative and fun that you forget that you just worked out for an hour. Don't let that full you though, If you don't feel your workout right away it will catch up with you quickly.
I started Kettlebells because I was bored with the typical gym schedule and I had injured my foot and back and they never seemed to get any better. Robin took it slow with me and respected my injuries and slowly brought me to a place of strength. Feeling strong and pain free motivates me to go back for more. Really though, you can't beat the company. They are a hoot to work out with and I always know I will be entertained by conversation. My only regret is that I would have found her a long time ago. She's AWESOME!!!!

As a newbie to the dynamic world of Kettlebells Robin has been an amazing coach. She brings a technical but fun approach to the gym and challenges all no matter the experience level. I've never struggled up my stairs so much as I do following one of Robins workouts and I enjoy every painful step of them:)

I've never worked with such a great trainer. Robin's workouts are so cleverly structured that I find they move along amazingly quickly, and yet when I walk out the door I'm wishing I had someone to drive me home because it dawns on me that my ass has truly been kicked. It's so gratifying to get stronger with every single workout.

What I really appreciate about Robin, though, is her attention to detail and safety. She knows how hard to push without allowing me to hurt myself, and she's SO careful about form (in such a kind, gentle way) that movements that used to HURT with other trainers, now keep me from getting hurt -- because I'm now doing them properly.

Finally, at Velocity it's all about strength. It's all about what you can do. Robin and Traci are hilarious, caring, and all about the strength no matter your age or body type.

At Velocity, we have a BLAST together. I have not set foot in the regular gym since I first set foot in the Velocity studio.

WOW what can I say about Robin. If asked how I could describe Robin in one word, I couldn't because so many words come to mind to describe the amazing, talented women she is. Ya ya I have been to many gyms but there is nothing like the training I get with Robin and the many fun ways to use the kettle bells. I met Robin the first of December and have already lost 20 pounds and several inches I feel great !!! I was just on vacation in Maui and while I was in one of the most amazing places in the world I really missed being with Robin and the group of fun people I work out with, we all have such a great time together while enjoying "getting our fit on". Thank you Robin for everything you have given me. VELOCITY STRENGTH AND FITNESS, ROBIN AND TRACI ARE #1 :)

Robin introduced me to kettle bells years ago and I've been training with them ever since. Robin is an extraordinary trainer. She is committed, motivated and passionate about her work as a trainer. She pays exceptional attention to form as she supports her clients goals of optimizing their strength and endurance in their training. I feel so very fortunate that I have been given the opportunity to work with Robin side by side as RKC instructors. Together we have opened our own kettle bell studio....VELOCITY Strength, Health and Fitness. Robin is by far one of the best trainers in this area with experience and passion that exceeds the standard. I'm proud of her and all of her accomplishments and look forward to her continued success as a RKC instructor.

Fellas, don't get upset when she lifts more than you. Just try harder and she will teach you to lift smarter. Ladies, she has two kids, a husband, a career and still makes the time to learn and train. Your excuses don't matter anymore. Now get over to KOR and she will teach you how it is done the right way.

Upon meeting Robin Sinclear in the summer of 2008, I will admit I was intimidated at first. She was extremely fit (and still is), could climb a 20-foot rope by only using her upper body strength, and do more pull ups than I'd ever seen another female do. I've had the pleasure and opportunity of being coached by Robin as well as training alongside her. Robin has been taught by one of the best in the RKC community (KC Reiter - KOR Fitness). Her experience and awareness of training, nutrition, and being an overall athlete is very uncommon, especially amongst the mainstream fitness industry that is commonly sought after. I always trust her advice and don't hesitate to ask her for an opinion. She will challenge you to work, do your best, and find your inner athlete!
