10/10 Best Movement Teacher I know

By Max Enders / München, Germany

Robert is, all in all, the best teacher and trainer I have known so far. If you have the chance to work with him, take it. Great personality and always practicing what he is preaching to others (at least training-wise).

10/10 ....wohl der beste Hardstyle-Kettelbell-Trainer...

By Alexander Dacos / Munich, Germany

...in Deutschland.....

10/10 TOP NOTCH HONEST DEMANDING

By Mike Becklham / Dallas, TX, USA

I'm am American business traveler and travel 80% on the road. I had the privilege and honor to train with one of the best., Robert in February this year. Robert was honest and demanding. He immediately pointed out my weakness and provided corrections. His classes were very challenging and demanding. The depth of his skill and knowledge is evident from training beginners and advanced students. The mental focus he has along with his physical abilities allow him to get the best not only out of himself but his students too. I could only wish I could be a part of his training on a regular basis. If you are serious about learning about kettlebells and want the absolute best training, you MUST spend time with Robert. Even if you must travel an hour or more. DO IT. In one training session he even paraphrased a quote from President Kennedy...."we do these things not because they are easy, but because they are hard"..Hardstyle Baby.. Challenge yourself.

9/10 Creative training goes military style and back...

By Alexander Schaffler / Munich, Germany

Dear Kettlebellers,

I took the basic kettlebell course with Robert in March/ April 2011 and was quite sceptic at first. I made my way through the Functional Movement Screening and not being a movement spastic, but primarily sportive, I just achieved the score of 9 out of 21, accompanied by heavy imbalance scores throughout my body. The weekst score in the course!
In about 8 weeks of training (2-4 hours per week), where Robert, with his unique style of teaching and setting up workouts, tought me basic principles and methods of kettlebell training, I felt the improvement from day to day. My FMS score at the end went to 15 ! Burpee test from 27 to 36 and improvments everywhere else (gym, daily life, back pain vanished, more flexibility. I want to recommend Robert as a trainer as I have never seen such improvements in my life before! No criticism here at all, but hints

10/10 1st class Trainer

By Sebastian B. / Planegg/Germny

I took 5 personal lessons with Robert, including the FMS test.
He taught me the KB swing (one-arm and two-arm), turkish getup, clean, mil press, snatch, and a number of other exercises, some with my own bodyweight like correct push-ups etc.
Robert has a very good eye for how people move biomechanically, and can correct very small mistakes, so that the technique is perfect. He explains very well what I have to do, so that I can correct mistakes.
I have had many trainers in different sports, he has a good mix between being demanding but sensing when the student doesn't have anything left to give.
He also has very good theoretical knowledge, and can explain it in a way that I can take it home with me, and use it for myself.
He has a true passion for the sport, and for being a trainer - you can't ask for anything more.
In less than 6 wks. I've gone from hardly being able to do the turkish getup without a KB, to doing it with a 20kg KB, the same goes for all the other basic KB exercises

10/10 Fortsetzung

By claudia / xxxx

DANKE ROBERT!

10/10 PERFEKT! Klare Ansagen, Sehr gutes Vorbild

By claudia / xxx

10/10 Super - Workshop sehr empfehlenswert!

By Maximilian / M nchen, Germany

10/10 Best RKC!!!

By Gun Jung, RKC, School of Movement / Seoul, Korea

He knows how fix student's weak points. I was very impressed that.
Especially, I appreciate that I learned from him how works Pavel's loaded stretching. As I came back to Seoul, I taught my clients by his teaching skills.
If you live in Munich (or in Germany), you are very lucky. (Only a few days ago, I went to Munich) because It is a most beautiful city and you can contact him, Robert Rimoczi, best RKC!!!

10/10 Top training

By Bruno / Munich, Germany

10/10 Alles Versprechungen gehalten !!!

By Flo / Munich, Germany

10/10 Train the hard style

By Florian Kiendl / Munich, Germany

As an martial artist for many years I considered myself to be in very good shape. When I met Robert and he told me about kettlebells I was only mildly interested, but wanted to give it a try- what an live changing experiance! For something about one year I am training now with Robert and the kettlebells. I advanced from my beginners weight of 12 kg to 24 kg. Even my Teak Won Do training improved considerably because of this perfect conditioning tool.
Robert is a very demanding trainier - he gets everyting out of you and propels you into the next dimention of fitness. His profound knowledge makes a real difference.
Thank you Robert.

10/10 Addicted to Kettlebell

By Greg / Munich, Germany

Robert has been my trainer since over a half a year now and even though we are doing our training two times a week I'm so surprised on how much new knowledge, techniques and different exercises I learn every lesson. He is very enthusiastic about Kettlebell training and functional fitness and as he is in an excellent physical shape you can see he knows what he is talking about.

At first Robert documented my physical status with a functional movement screening and physical fitness test. After I a period of training I repeat the tests and therefore it's not only that I have the impression that my mobility, strength and endurance have made a great progress it really can be measured! I got to know a huge variety of different Kettlebell exercises, also exercises which can be performed without weights and a lot of great work-outs. Robert explains and demonstrates everything in great detail: the movements, the breathing and muscle contractions. The work-outs are hard style but fun!

Thanks to Robert I'm now also addicted to Kettlebell training and I can highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape, boost his / her performance to a higher level and be trained by a true professional.

10/10 Sehr empfehlenswert!

By Frank Rossner / Augsburg,Germany

10/10 Outstanding Instructor!

By Randy Haylor Jr. / Ramstein, Germany

I recently had a private session with Robert because I wanted to refine my basic kettlebell movements with the intention of progressing with Enter The Kettlebell' (Pavel's excellent entry level kettlebell book and DVD) safely and productively. I live in Ramstein, Germany, (I only speak English) and there aren't any certified instructors in the immediate area. Robert fit me in for an afternoon session while I was on the road for work, passing through Munich and staying overnight at a hotel there.

I had read countless articles in addition to reading Enter The Kettlebell', and thought I had a pretty good handle on things WRONG! No amount of reading or online video watching compares to a single session with a good instructor like Robert! In my opinion, personal instruction should be the very first step in kettlebell training for anyone. I'm grateful that I was able to work a session in with Robert before I had a chance to hurt myself or further engrain the bad techniques I had developed working only with articles, books, and videos for two months.

The session was very thorough and covered everything I wanted and more. I had several technique flaws that needed work, and as a bonus Robert verified that I'm physically able to functionally perform the moves safely as well with a series of functional screening exercises (I sleep better now!). I left with a good understanding of how to do the moves for Enter the Kettlebell' as well as other things that he recommends for general health and fitness. Nothing compares with one on one training for kettlebell fitness, and Robert is a true and dedicated professional who is passionate about helping people and spreading his knowledge and experience. After having significant errors in my technique corrected and proper technique not only demonstrated but performed myself and confirmed in person, I feel safe and confident taking my kettlebell training to the next level! I highly recommend Robert to anyone intending to pick up a kettlebell for the first, 100th, or 100,000th time.
