You will not find a better instructor, motivator or overall health and fitness advisor than Kristann. Her classes are dynamic and fun, as enjoyable for the self conscious novice as they are for people as strong and fit as she is. She keeps up an encouraging pace that makes you think you really can get through another round of swings or snatches even when you want to lay on the floor and not move another muscle. She is very particular about proper form and the benefits of proper kettle bell mechanics are very evident in how quickly the people in her classes become toned and fit. Her training as a physician, nutritionist and accupuncturist giver her tremendous resources to help her students and her passion for kettlebells is really contagious. I had not exercised in years and working with Kristann my posture improved and I became stronger, developed much more endurance and got rid of a lot of the aches and pains in my back and neck that used to plague me. I highly recommend kettle bells and there is no better instructor than Kristann!

Kristann is one of the finest instructors I have ever worked with, not only does she have an unbelievable eye for form, she can keep the most unmotivated person going (me!). She has turned me from a lazy sow into a workout-a-holic. Challenging me to challenge myself. Her classes are up beat, encouraging, FUN and far from routine. She is always making sure that everyone is doing all the forms right and safely. Kristann not only teaches you Kettlebells she teaches you a healthier lifestyle. I have dropped several sizes and inches and have never felt better! We are all so blessed to have her as our instructor!
