10/10 Taylor Knows his stuff!!!

I first learned about kettlebells about a year a half ago, and with Taylor's help was able to quickly take my kettlbell game to a high level. As a fellow personal trainer, he also provided me with a lot of knowledge on technique which helped me bring kettlebells to my clients who are seeing great results. His instruction is second to none, and not only does he provide you with the best kettlebell exercises for your specific needs but he explains why and how to perform them to keep the body healthy and inury free. I HIGHLY reccomend Taylor as a kettlebell instructor for people of all ages and experiences with fitness. His knowledge of the subject matter as well as passion for the kettlebell movement is what really separates him from the field.

Taylor is an excellent instructor of the Kettlebell. He exemplifies a high level of conditioning, strength and flexibility. He gives straight forward, positive, and energetic instruction. Taking his Kettlebell class was the perfect way for me to learn the basics of handling the Kettlebell properly and safely. Training with Taylor one-on-one was where I learned much more. He would observe my form, then have me critique my own form before giving me his suggestions to improve. This was a great way to get me to think thoroughly about what I was doing. He helped me correct my snatch form with a few words helping me understand what to do to change it and perfect it. He also gave me specific exercises to improve shoulder and thoracic flexibility and strength. He rules Kettlebell instruction!

 
10/10 Kettlebell workouts are FANTABULOUS!!

I never knew there was such a thing as a kettlebell and am so excited to have been introduced to it. Taylor ensures that we are using the proper form and techinque with even the simplest moves. His work outs are so diverse and there is never a dull moment during the kettlebell workout. Not only does he have a phenomal indoor kettlebell training but his use of kettlebells along with stadium stairs provide a maximum calorie and strength enduring workout!

 
8/10 Liking the Kettle bell!!

Took my first Kettle bell class this morning. It was a great work out. Very different from a Zumba, or an aerobic type of class. Taylor did a great job of explaining the routines and made sure to correct our postioning when we were doing it incorrectly. Enjoyed the class will definitely return for future classes.

I will be telling family and friends about this new type of workout.
