Before starting as a strength coach in 2012, I was an equities trader at Goldman Sachs and later transitioned to a jewelry designer who owned various stores in New York City.
Over the past 10 years, I've coached over 3,700 sessions, trained my female clients to their first push ups, pulls ups and compound barbell lifts.
I live and understand the menopause transition and how it affects a woman's life and her desire to strength train.
